I went on a weekday around lunch time and it was basically dead in the mall and definitely in the food court. I did see lots of empty storefronts as well, which seems to be a sign of the time for malls these days. The mall was very clean, very modern/up-to-date with the décor and a offered a comfortable, safe shopping experience. If you're in the area and need a mall to shop at, this would be the place and they would probably have what you're seeking.

The only section full was the food court. Service was fast due to not so many people. There wasn't too many things I needed so it was a pretty fast tour of the place. Gap, Banana Republic, Puma, Nike, etc were there. Value was okay for Nike. That's like the only store that was packed with people. With the expansive exchange rate it's hard to buy things on the US side for Canadians.

There's lots here - Walmart, SAMs, Bed Bath Beyond, and my fav, Qdoba. They have lots more too. It also keeps getting new stores. There are enough items on the front porch to browse through that it took me at least 20 mins to check them out even before entering the store, which took me even longer inside. Just so much to see. I browsed the shelves and slowly made my selections. If you time it just right you might end up in the store with the kind people you shared the boat ride with. Prices are what you would expect from a souvenir shop. Not everything is of high quality here, but if you browse just the right amount of time you will find the high quality item you want. They do have self checkouts in here or you can go to the counter and be waited on. This store is also connected to the restaurant. You can enter from there or take the direct entrance from outside.

For this low fee, it was definitely worth seeing Niagara Falls, American Falls, Goat Island, and the downstream end of the Niagara River. Definitely worth the time to check out the view!

The employees are helpful and the self checkout is a great idea....it gives the employees more time to straighten the T-shirts instead of standing at registers. I like that they offer hand sanitizer on your way in or out and while I was there I saw employees wiping down surfaces being diligent on COVID-19 safety practices. 5 Below is a fun store to browse and I bet you find something you just have to have....for $5 or less....it's a deal!
