Alright, what does that mean? Think of it as finding fish in a lake with a fish finder; but in this case, you are trying to locate an electric service line, or an irrigation, water, or gas line, or locating rebar in a concrete slab on dry land!
Now, if you think the electric company or water company are going to help you, you might as well forget about it.
