This is a belated review, but one that is well deserved…read more I was trying to have some "Save the Date" cards printed, and contacted many different print shops around Houston. I was working on a short timeline, and needed them printed under a quicker turnaround time than other print shops were willing to do. I was becoming frustrated because I was going to be charged hefty fees for either a "quick turnaround" (which would not have met my deadline), or an "access fee" so that the designers could view my design on a computer (no additional work needed to be done), or outrageous finishing fees (charges per cut, per invitation). I contacted Alfred, and everything just fell into place. No questions asked. I e-mailed him my design, and he said everything looked good. I went to the shop on the same day, and he had a proof waiting for me. We went through paper options. Even though he didn't have the paper I wanted, he placed a next day order for me! I didn't even need to tell him I was pressed for time. The timeline he gave me was shorter than I needed it to be. Alfred was also incredibly patient and helpful with my indecisiveness and pickiness about paper. Everything was so easy. From what I could tell, he works with two other people in the small office. All of my interactions with them and with Alfred were very positive and professional. Do not hesitate to go to them with your printing needs.

Now that they're in a new location, it's good to see that the service is just as good as always Service: They have always been able to handle our variety of print needs and are as accommodating as possible when we have a rush job This time I was picking up some signs but had never printed something like that before.
