He treated my wife with the utmost respect. He made sure she was aware of the needed repairs and at a great price! He took time out of his day to help us with things that were out of his work scope to make sure everything was perfect. Simply a must higher, great buildings man, affordable, and a great American.

The owner Oscar Salinas of Chuco Built LLC took advantage of my 81 year old elderly aunt and stole…read moreher money and left her without a roof with the recent rains. Chuco Built Roofing LLC was hired to perform the repairs at her home. The contractor was paid a deposit of $2,614.37 out of the $17,982.31 estimate. Unfortunately, after taking the deposit, the contractor placed a temporary tarp on my roof and never returned to complete the work. Because the property was left unprotected only by a tarp, the roof is actively leaking. This ongoing exposure has caused severe, escalating water damage, and parts of my home's interior are now deteriorating. Because the contractor left the roof unfinished with only a temporary tarp, the recent heavy rains have caused severe interior leaks. The home is now at risk of structural failure. It is deeply concerning that a contractor would abandon a project in this state, taking advantage of a senior citizen. Beware and do not trust this man or his company.

Hired him and his crew to add a room to a house in El Paso. They promised to do it right and do it fast. All up to code and warrantied. Looking forward to the finished project for pics and updates to this review. Thank you Juan. Finishing review. Juan and his crew finished the job in record time. Done by Jan 2. They worked through the Christmas holiday. They built a small house in about 2 weeks. Starting with concrete slab foundation, walls, ceiling, shingle roof, insulation, plumbing, electric, windows, doors, dry wall, paint and vinyl flooring and extra cement for walkways etc. What an incredible job they did. Their price was more than fair for what they did, their quality of work, their work speed and finished product. Easy to deal with from start to finish. Juan, you and yours came through in amazing ways. May the new tenants appreciate your work as much as I do. The place looks beautiful. Hire this company for all your construction needs. They are the real deal. Straight, honest and men of their word. And their work speaks for itself. Very impressed customer here. Bravo.

I'm not in the habit of writing reviews however this is one I have to complete for roofing work…read morecompleted at my residence. Lucky Campos (son) came to my home (they actually kept this appointment) and gave me an estimate and signed a contract which will turn one year old next month. Periodic rain showers eventually made its way to El Paso and also into my residence after roof work had been completed by Campos & Son. I sustained minor water damage in several locations in my home on my ceilings and called the company back to take a look and fix the issue. When the roofing employees showed up, they spotted some deficiencies and attempted to correct the problem areas. It took two visits before I was able to finally get the work done correctly. A short time after the second visit for repairs, I sustained more water damage inside my home around other areas. I contacted Campos &Son Roofing & Construction and spoke to a gentleman named William who took my information and scheduled an appointment. I took off work one day and no one showed up and no one called. I called again and received an apology and attempted to reschedule as William said he would call me back when he got back to the office. No phone call was received. The company was referred to me by family members who also stated Campos & Son will not return calls but I'll defer to them for reviews and ratings. When receiving a quote, the company will tell you that they are licensed and bonded however will not take out permits for work to be completed which will leave you out on a limb (I know this now after contacting the City of El Paso). After spending $2000 dollars, I've now been left with interior ceiling damage that should have not occurred in such a short amount of time after having my roof done. I urge you to use due diligence in hiring a company that is competent and will live up to what they claim is complete and professional service. I CANNOT AND DO NOT RECOMMEND CAMPOS AND SON ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION FOR YOUR REPAIR AND NEW CONSTRUCTION NEEDS. Buyer be aware. If I could rate with negative stars, I would.

He was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Armando explained everything clearly, pointed out what really needed attention (without trying to upsell me), and gave me a very fair and reasonable price for the repair, which wasn't the case with the other local bids that I received in the process despite these other companies' "glowing" Google reviews. Scheduling was super easy and fast, they got me on the calendar within days and the work was done efficiently with excellent craftsmanship. The crew showed up on time, worked diligently, and left the property spotless when they were finished with fantastic before and after photos of their great work! It's rare to find a roofing company that's this honest, responsive, and dependable. If you need roof repairs, inspections, or general roofing work in the El Paso and surrounding area, I cannot recommend AAAA Contractors and Roofing enough!
