Everyone I interacted with here was cheerful and friendly. I really appreciated Dr. Morgan taking the time to meet with me prior to my cleaning to introduce himself and check on my history. I have reached out several time to talk to the "billiing dept" also being told they are busy. Now a year and a half later they are charging me late fees and interest on a bill they billed wrong!!! I tried once again to reach out and get this fixed and again told they were busy! The bill was $2025 dollars I was told my portion would be $1350. Then they tell me I had maxed my insurance so I asked if they billed my secondary I get told yes. NOT true my wife reached out to her insurance and they had received no bill. So now they finally get the insurance billed right they paid 1075 of the contractal portion of 2200??? That does add up now I receive another bill stating I owe 114. 1350 & 1075 add up to more then the original bill why am I still getting a bill? Looks like to me they have been OVER PAID and still want more money!! AVOID this place. Expensive and dont do their jobs right! No thanks for a horrible customer service! Roger Westover
