For some reason, on the final day, (after he got paid) he told that us he was leaving to get parts and would be back in an hour. He left a puddle of water under the sink in my NEW vanity, (meaning that there was a leak in the drain he installed) and never returned to finish the job, or called to explain himself. After that disappearing act, I didn't bother to try and contact him, (though my builder did with no response) I'm done with Grant Plumbing. I had some trouble getting him to call back and respond to my texts in the beginning of the build, which I found very frustrating, and unprofessional. He "may" be good at plumbing, but his problems with communication and lack of integrity are nothing to be ignored. Unfortunately he's in Klamath Falls, with few plumbers to choose from. He has all the work he can handle and it may have gone to his head.

There are numerous seams throughout my hallway, that are ridiculously visible and the worse part is my bedroom, where the carpet doesn't even touch the wall. Carpet was installed on 9/21 and I was back on the phone with Bre, our salesperson the next day. She has been to the house to inspect and wasn't happy with the install. Keith, a different installer came by in Oct, but refused to put on a mask to speak to my husband, a 70% disabled veteran. We told him he could work without a mask, but to speak with us in our home, we requested he wear one. He refused and left. Don't let the nice storefront or friendly customer service faces fool you, their work is crap. I have to see it every day. Bre is no longer looking for solutions to correct their problem, she's but the whole experience on ignore and refuses to call. Go anywhere else to get your flooring!

Huge thanks to Susie Spratt for helping us purchase our first income property!…read more Susie is a wonderful human being, she took us under her wing as first time home buyers and made the process rather painless. She explained things so we could understand all the industry lingo and gave us good advice about how to structure our deal. She gave us a great outline of what the process would look like, and her estimation of our closing date was spot on - no muss, no fuss - even with repairs required to the property before closing. And when we objected to the mortgage paperwork that showed a charge for the appraiser to return to inspect things the seller hadn't finished on time, Susie took care of the unfair charge personally. After closing we had a hiccup with the insurance coverage (note: you might consider avoiding GEICO for homeowner's insurance), but Susie was on it! She contacted GEICO, and even though they wouldn't budge, she had a back up plan. Susie connected us with a local insurance agency that was happy to take our policy. From browsing neighborhoods to making an offer to closing, our transaction lasted a mere 56 days. Thank you, Susie, for helping us find the property we were looking for, and for making the process such a breeze!

He came in and listened to my problems and went straight to work and fixed the problem. He reattached all the mess that another man made acting like an electrician that didn't know what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and Immediately made me feel at ease. I learned an important lesson today to always use a real electrical company. I am so glad I got this Company. The pricing was also amazing and they didn't try to take advantage of a woman who knows absolutely nothing about electrical repairs. I will always go to them and I highly recommend them completely.
