They are an honest family owned company and aren't out to rip people off. They ensured me if our unit were to go out completely that they would help us figure out financing for something new and efficient, which is a relief to know I can rely on them when that happens. They are always knowledgeable about current rebates on their products and provide that information immediately to get the process rolling right away. If I call for a service appointment they are usually out to our house that week if not the next day! We also had a humidifier installed by them that we are very happy with. High quality products, customer service and fair pricing. You can't ask for more nowadays! I recommend them to all my family and friends.

He was able to help us troubleshoot the issues we had in getting electricity to our shed, install our Tesla wall charger using an existing outlet pre-wired for the load and capacity, and all without giving us the run around. We are straight forward people and appreciate a straight forward service. We learned a lot from Jon and are so very grateful for his willingness to educate us while helping us out. We feel his pricing was more than fair and reasonable, and feel the value he brought exceeded expectations! We also appreciate his personality and up beat attitude and great sense of humor!! We will definitely be calling John and his team again anytime we run into a more complicated electrical matter, and any other matters! His 30 years of experience (over 70+ between him and Mike) certainly shows! Thank you again!

It is rare for me to write a negative review because I know it is tough for businesses in…read morecompetitive environments. But on this one, I think it is important to keep others from making the same mistake I did. What turned into a nightmare visit started when the technician showed up 30 minutes late to a diagnostic visit without a call or an apology. Then the technician spent less than five minutes looking at the unit and charged a $139.99 diagnostic fee. Worse yet, one worker used my bathroom without even asking, which is unacceptable. It may be hard to believe, but things got worse from there. I was promised an estimate for the work by the end of the Friday. Despite repeated calls, I didn't receive an estimate until Tuesday, days after one of their competitors gave us an estimate. Because the experience was so bad, I wanted to wash my hands of the company and asked for a refund. The owner, Robin, said no. And suggested that if we didn't like the service we received, we ought to just pick the other company! Save your time and money and find a company that respects its customers and their homes. This company is bad news. High Road took the low road to make this right.
