The chiropractic staff is super friendly and approachable. They really take the time to get to know each patient, and it makes a big difference. They bring a great personality and care to IPMD, making it feel like a real experience. Dr. Dooley is absolutely fantastic! He's like a magic doctor who can make even the toughest joints snap, crackle, and pop. And the best part? He has these super warm and friendly conversations with each patient. I've been to chiropractors in five different states, Germany, and Dr. Dooley is hands down the best I've ever found. Special thanks to the outstanding team at IPMD and the fantastic adjustments by Dr. Dooley. I will be coming back as often as I can.

I'd been suffering for months and had see several specialists, a spine surgeon, and even had a cortisone shot prior to seeing Jack - nothing worked. Nothing even helped. After every treatment, I felt the exact same. Jack did a variety of treatments on me including dry needling, which I think is what did the trick. He also accurately predicted what he thought would be the outcome of his treatment and how long it would take. His predictions were pretty spot and I feel SOOOO much better. Jack's thoroughness and honesty was very refreshing as I feel most medical experts are time watches, but Jack wasn't like that. He listened to everything I had to say and really focused on treating my I said I needed. I'd recommend Jack Pan to anyone who needs physical therapy services!

I couldn't see the doctor until I spoke with the office manager. She took 30 minutes to get to me as she was doing that treatment on some guy who said, "I really don't notice a difference when I leave" and then they chatted for about 10 minutes at the front desk. THEN she went in her office and eventually came to where I was to go over every possible way I'd have to pay if insurance didn't. I actually stood my ground for a change and kept reiterating that I wanted nothing that wasn't covered. They kept insisting it was a "Consultation" and used that machine on me anyway. The doctor did nothing except have me turn my head and poke on my back. He did tell the woman at the front desk as I was leaving that would be $79. The office manager did say they were going to put it through insurance first. Of course she also told me they were going to have to take a loss on my visit. Not. My. Problem. I feel as though it's kind of a scam. It's a "fancy" name and it's actually in an old house that's up for sale. I was supposed to go back the next day with my MRI disc and decided they were only going to find a way to try and charge me more than I should have to pay for a basic visit. Go if you want, but don't say you weren't warned.

Dr Scott's work is not the problem. The office overall however is SHADY and just another GREEDY physicians office. They will force you to see a PTA (physical therapy assistant) that cannot provide the same level treatment yet take no accountability for it. That's what they did to me and the PTA made my pain worse!! Never has my pain "had to get worse before getting better" yet this is what I was told when I had to go back in for another visit to correct the problem the PTA caused. When I could actually see the licensed PT Dr Scott that I was referred to see I did NOT require follow up visits to fix extreme pain nor have more pain in the following days than when I went in initially. You basically have to BEG TO SEE YOUR DOCTOR! JUST ASK.. Try to be scheduled with Dr Scott and NOT a PTA and you will get the runaround. You're better off paying money to a provider and office that actually cares about your wellness and treatment. The office has good hours but is not that flexible. They billed me 5 months later for the PTAs lack of treatment and told me I couldn't be seen without paying that bill. I already had to suffer with worse pain because of the PTA who cannot provide the same level treatment and leave work to get a new appointment just to try to get relief! I'd rather pay money to an office that actually cares about my recovery and not one that just sends me out the door however and takes no accountability for it! You have NO customer service and NO measures to hold YOURSELF accountable to patients. That's hardly what I call a physician/practitioner or credible medical practice.
