it's dirty af. they want to save money so bad. they have reusable bed pads. other people have…read moreurinated and pooped on them and they wash them and give them to other people. they don't use wipes. they wipe you with a wet rag. my bed and tv didn't work upon arrival and had to be replace. i wouldnt send my worst enemy here. the call light response time is terrible. i waited 3 hours for pain meds. i'm 37 yrs old and here for rehab. i've been here for 4 days so far and can't wait to leave. i have my own disposable bed mat and wipes. you better be independent because you'll be waiting a long time for assistance once you press that call light. they give you meds when they want to. it's not a consistent schedule. they are late giving me my tube feed everyday so i don't get all my calories. i can't wait to leave.

I was then given a thorough evaluation to let me know what they needed to do to help me feel better and how they planned to do it. Both Therapists Dale Danielson and Amber LaVoie are excellent at what they do. They explained and showed each procedure they wanted me to do and made sure I was able to do them correctly. They started me off at a pace I was able to do which improved my mobility and flexibility and then introduced new techniques that continued to improve my situation. Because of that, I have seen steady progress at relieving the pain I was experiencing and know I am on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking physical therapy!

This place is phenomenal!…read more The staff are very polite and respectful. The atmosphere is great for any kid, the areas are all updated and clean. We use the OT/PT services here and they really hit the weak points for my kiddo. Every week is different and not the same redundancy you get in other therapy centers. They even go outside and do activities, not always indoors! The staff know my child by name which is a huge factor for me, we have spent much time at hospital therapy centers and other practices where she has always just been another file with another therapist who happens to be working. At Synergy you get the same therapist everytime. They definitely care about your progress and take the time needed for your little ones.

Do NOT Recommend Bethany if you are looking for actual Rehab and Recovery for a Senior…read more My Elderly Mother went there after a horrific fall and excellent treatment at MVH. Very disappointed in the total lack of organization and management or the occupational and physical therapy. She was supposed to have two sessions of Therapy a day. They usually did not happen and we don't believe a single one was for the proper time. The therapist would literally walk her half way down the hall for 5 minutes and return her to her room. It's almost like they want the senior to NOT recover so that they could get them as a full time permanent resident customer. No organization. No management. The therapy manager never returned my calls. They insist you declare on their markerboard if the senior has outside medical appointments so that they could schedule Therapy around it. We did days in advance. And just as I am wheeling my Mom OUT of the room for her declared medical appointment, BOTH the Occupational and the Physical Therapist show up and feign surprise that they won't be able to do any therapy that day. Pitiful. Stay away from Bethany for Rehab!!! Unless you don't want actual rehab for your patient. My Mom actually fully recovered ONLY because I checked her out early from Bethany and arranged for In Home Rehab thru Miami Valley Hospital. Also - My Mom's room was very worn and filthy. I asked multiple times if they could clean up the "accident" stains from the side chair. It only got better when a week later I cleaned it up myself. Pitiful.
