The wait is usually pretty short. Ashley is an incredible rehab therapist. She's super knowledgeable and always has a ton of great recommendations for my various issues. She's always coming up with new, effective exercises, like weights, bands, stretching, and bodyweight stuff. It's like she has a secret weapon! The chiropractic staff is super friendly and approachable. They really take the time to get to know each patient, and it makes a big difference. They bring a great personality and care to IPMD, making it feel like a real experience. Dr. Dooley is absolutely fantastic! He's like a magic doctor who can make even the toughest joints snap, crackle, and pop. And the best part? He has these super warm and friendly conversations with each patient. I've been to chiropractors in five different states, Germany, and Dr. Dooley is hands down the best I've ever found. Special thanks to the outstanding team at IPMD and the fantastic adjustments by Dr. Dooley. I will be coming back as often as I can.

I had called a local podiatrist to get my foot checked out, but couldn't get in for an appointment until September. It was recommended by another mom, in a group I'm in on Facebook, to seek physical therapy to help rehab my foot. I started seeing Dr. Stacey Strayer in June. I have been slowly chipping away at the layers. In July, I had made small progress, but knew I was heading in the right direction. I was feeling a bit discouraged due to the slow rate in healing. I decided that I was going to continue moving forward in training for a half marathon I signed up for in January 2021. I had had some serious doubt in thinking I was going to have to defer my race. I've made HUGE progress and my plantar fasciitis is almost gone! Mobility Fit is a GREAT place to go for rehabilitation, but also for even training purposes. Dr. Strayer is hands down AMAZING! She is knowledgeable and very in tune to what is needed to help you get stronger. I cannot recommend her and the others enough!!

Allied Physical Therapy is an awesome place, if you want traditional PT where they actually touch…read moreyour injured part, and also use heat and several other treatment options. All centered on getting you out of pain, and as quickly, and efficiently as possible. Then they help you form a plan to continue feeling good. I'd love to go there even if they were mean and snarky people, but they are very nice, kind, and all of those attributes you love to hear when you don't feel the best. I have gone here twice about a year or so apart, and am scheduled for a third time soon. All for different things, I am comforted knowing I could get in. Great place.

Dr Scott's work is not the problem. The office overall however is SHADY and just another GREEDY physicians office. They will force you to see a PTA (physical therapy assistant) that cannot provide the same level treatment yet take no accountability for it. That's what they did to me and the PTA made my pain worse!! Never has my pain "had to get worse before getting better" yet this is what I was told when I had to go back in for another visit to correct the problem the PTA caused. When I could actually see the licensed PT Dr Scott that I was referred to see I did NOT require follow up visits to fix extreme pain nor have more pain in the following days than when I went in initially. You basically have to BEG TO SEE YOUR DOCTOR! JUST ASK.. Try to be scheduled with Dr Scott and NOT a PTA and you will get the runaround. You're better off paying money to a provider and office that actually cares about your wellness and treatment. The office has good hours but is not that flexible. They billed me 5 months later for the PTAs lack of treatment and told me I couldn't be seen without paying that bill. I already had to suffer with worse pain because of the PTA who cannot provide the same level treatment and leave work to get a new appointment just to try to get relief! I'd rather pay money to an office that actually cares about my recovery and not one that just sends me out the door however and takes no accountability for it! You have NO customer service and NO measures to hold YOURSELF accountable to patients. That's hardly what I call a physician/practitioner or credible medical practice.

I'm deeply disappointed in my experience with this practice. My husband had a great experience with…read moreDr. Steimle for both knee replacements, so I expected to be in good hands for my partial meniscectomy. Unfortunately, poor communication has consistently derailed my recovery. **Nerve complication:** I developed a rare nerve injury from the pre-surgery nerve block, causing excruciating nerve pain in my right foot that at first shot all the way up my right leg. In the days following surgery, I visited the ED once and called the on-call physician twice about the pain. The second call was particularly discouraging -- before I could finish a sentence, Dr. Matt Heckler interrupted me and said in a scolding tone, "Look, you either need to go to the emergency room, or you need to just CHILL. I can't diagnose you over the phone!" The nerve pain has persisted since surgery. Again, the nerve complication itself is not Dr. Steimle's fault -- but Dr. Heckler's response to it made me feel like he thought I was just being "dramatic" in reaction to "normal" post-surgical pain, when there was nothing "normal" about it. **PT referral:** I expected to start PT the week after surgery. Instead, either the referral was never sent or never went through. I only found out at my 3-week follow-up, when the assistant resent it -- and we still had to follow up with the PT clinic directly to confirm they'd received it (they hadn't). I started PT roughly 5 weeks into what should have been a 6- to 8-week recovery window. **PT attendance and the office manager:** I have coexisting health conditions (IBS and a medication with unpredictable GI side effects) that forced several cancellations. One week, I left a single voicemail canceling both Monday and Wednesday appointments specifically to avoid a last-minute cancellation on Wednesday. PT marked Wednesday as a no-show anyway. When the office manager called, she implied twice that I was lying -- once about leaving the Wednesday cancellation voicemail, and again when she insisted I'd been given a direct phone number to PT at my first appointment. I had not. My appointment printout listed the main office number she'd just told me I was wrong to call. ‍ **In-home PT referral:** Given my health situation, in-home PT made far more sense. Besides, I didn't appreciate the way the PT clinic office manager treated me, so I cancelled clinic PT, and requested a referral to in-home PT on January 25 by voicemail and through the Healow portal. No response until I sent another message on February 3 -- when the assistant replied that she'd send the referral, though she found it "unnecessary." It was apparently never sent. As of March 6, the home health agency had no record of receiving anything. After another message, I finally got confirmation today (March 11) that the referral went through today. I start in-home PT tomorrow -- over three months after surgery. My knee currently hurts worse than it did before the procedure. I sincerely hope the delay hasn't caused lasting harm.
