Our appointments are generally on time, and the nurses and staff are very nice and professional. I'm only putting 4 stars because we haven't gotten dreadfully sick yet, so we don't know how they perform in more tenuous circumstances. However, I like how they are trying to improve themselves by switching to an electronic documentation system.
