She even noticed I was sweating and immediately turned on a fan, which was a huge relief! I really enjoyed her company throughout the appointment. She also gave excellent, clear aftercare advice, detailing product usage and when to begin. What I appreciated most was her approach to a pre-pay package; it felt like a genuine recommendation to save money, not a pushy upsell. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing at the wesley chapel location…read more I booked a service through ClassPass that was listed as available at this studio. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't receive the service through ClassPass because they offer a first-time client special and that I would need to pay $65 directly through the studio instead. I understand wanting clients to take advantage of a promotional offer, but if a service isn't actually available to be booked through ClassPass, it shouldn't be listed there. At the very least, alternative services that qualify should be offered. What frustrated me most was the response from the front desk. Instead of trying to find a solution, I was essentially told that my ClassPass credits didn't matter and that my only option was to pay out of pocket. As someone who pays for a ClassPass membership, that wasn't an acceptable answer. The issue wasn't the price. It was the lack of transparency and customer service. A little effort to accommodate the customer would have gone a long way.

Wait, wait, one more thing, make sure you book with Emily. Now that you have booked your appointment, let me tell you about my favorite massage therapist in the whole world, Emily. She is absolutely incredible, she is knowledgeable and she uses a holistic approach. She knows what muscles attach to what and how to alleviate tension in one area which then releases the tension in your trouble areas. She is kind and considerate and constantly checks in to see how you are doing. Side note, the heated table is incredible. One thing to note, I am an 6'2 athlete with extremely tight muscles, a herniated disc, and two bulging discs. I come in as twisted as a pretzel and I leave as limber as a ballerina, picture that. If she can accomplish that with me, she can meet whatever needs you have. I love my massages so much that I booked my wife a surprise 90 minute massage and hour long facial. She left feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated, we are customers for life. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you feel taken care of and pampered. I would not recommend this wax place solely for that reason. managing the membership is a PAIN, I was not able to get set up in the app and had to call to manage my membership. The phone lines run busy and when you finally get to someone it's as if they don't want to talk to you. I was requesting a cancellation of the service due to not living in the area anymore, I was told they would cancel my appointment, suspend my membership for 3 months and send me the cancellation email. I was reassured that I wouldn't be charged and that the suspension would cover the 1 month it takes to actually cancel the membership. not only did I not receive any information regarding the suspension or cancellation via email I was charged again a week later for another month. this is very frustrating to me because it was so easy for them to get me all the information QUICKLY to sign up for the membership but now that I need to manage it they are very slothful in that. again the lady who did my wax was great and I hope soon she branches out and gets her own wax spot. As far as front desk goes better training may be needed in membership management and customer request follow through.
