It's down a dirt road but im assuming, pretty new and everything is so clean. I prefer the classes over the actual gym and they have tons. They also have a pickleball court! It took me a minute to find a parking spot but again, lot of very big for the size of the facility. When checking in, there is no questioning for guests, which I liked. I didn't have to talk to anyone or fill out a form. I just got to go and do the classes. When walking thru the main level, there is a whole basketball court, pickleball court, child care, FULL locker rooms (that are huge). You go upstairs and huge weight training room and group fitness classes. I love Heidi's Barre classes. Everything is so clean, looks so nice and welcoming. The reason for 4 stars is the price of the membership. $170 seems silly.

They do such a great job closing the pool that is it always ready to use within 24 hours of opening in the spring - clear water and perfectly balanced chemicals. This year, I unfortunately had mice eat through some of the elements for my pool heater and Dima came out to troubleshoot and fix quickly. He even cleaned out the mess the mice had made and took steps to deter them from coming back. Dima also spent a great deal of time completely rewiring my pool pump and equipment (it was wired wrong by the pool builder) so I could control everything via the app. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy residential pool service definitely use DMV Pools!

The second our last payment was made for the pool communication mostly went Dark. Four months to finish Landscaping and mud leaking into the pool caused undue stress on pool pumps that failed within a year. Honoring follow-up requests to fix broken lights, cracking grout around rock surfaces, dying landscaping plants, broken and malfunctioning pool pumps (2), Chlorinating systems took MONTHS and in one case (ongoing) over a year to get any response from the owner. Brittany has been great at responding to emails but is unable to get the outstanding issues resolved. My recommendation is do not make any final payments until every last issue is resolved and make sure you get detailed receipts on hardware purchases for manufacturer warranty issues because I don't seem to be able to get them. Manufacturers of the pool systems want receipts of the purchase and dates of the equipment install.
