Recently, we decided to have some tree trimming done at our home here in Citrus County. We contacted Southern Tree Services and Bryce politely answered my phone call immediately and we scheduled an appointment for an assessment to be done regarding potential work. Jake responded to our home in a very reasonable time thereafter and after providing us with a quote, we agreed to have the work done at an incredibly fair and reasonable price. After all, with hurricane season beginning this was very important to us. Throughout the entire process, I was able to stay in contact with Bryce and Monique who kept us updated on when the work would commence, weather permitting. Within a very reasonable time, the Southern Tree Services crew, arrived at our home as promised and had all the necessary equipment to complete the entire job in proper and professional fashion. Seldom, if ever, have I witnessed such a hard working and dedicated team, all working together, and in tandem to complete the job in a very timely manner. They also did a great job of cleaning up all around the house and property as they worked. Throughout the work, they all took the time to thoroughly explain everything in the process from beginning to end and made sure that I was happily satisfied with the job they had done. Their work passed with flying colors and without a hitch. We couldn't be happier with the tree trimming and some stump removal, which should last for many years to come and will add value to our home, not to mention peace of mind during storm season. We highly recommend Southern Tree Services. You won't regret it. Thanks for a job well done and a refreshing experience with your company in this day and age. We will certainly use them again should the need ever arise. Five stars all the way! read more
