Tracking software sucked and never updated correctly until the last day, and no one ever returned our calls or tried to resolve the issue with us. Two brothers running the business, one delivered our one item and the other supposedly would call to work on finding our 'lost' item. Of course, we haven't heard a word.

All inclusive price no additional fees will incur unless if we have to store for more than 3 months. The price of $3100 includes all loading and loading at pickup and final delivery location. Shrink wrap and blankets for everything that needs it. All tolls, fees, taxes, labor and surcharges included. Up to 3 months of storage will be included at no additional fees. ($150 a month or partial month after 3 months will apply) this invoice is for the 50% deposit the remaining balance will be due upon arrival at final delivery location. Cargo insurance is included at $50,000 at no additional fees." My furniture was stored for 3 months, on December 14th he delivered my furnature to my new residence in Lexington South Carolina. Upon delivery We noted damage and warping to my new dining room table, cracked dining room table chair legs on 4 chairs with multiple chip marks, my living room sofa furnature was wore through on the sides, master bedroom nightstands (2) scratched, dresser chipped and scratched, bed #2 footboard cracked, nightstand scratched, bed #3 scraped, dresser scraped, bed #4 headboard completely broken, electric fireplace top chipped and dented. We also had missing items that he never delivered, Samsung surround sound tv system, professional moving dolly and PlayStation 4 system. Upon delivery I asked Joe about the damages and missing items. He stated to me "that is what the insurance is for, he said to send him an email with all the damage photos." I sent the email and he didn't respond. So I called him and he said "he haven't received anything it was a corrupt email so I sent it again and he said he had received it. He also said that the insurance will process the claim within 30 days." We are now on day 120. I have email, text message and phone call correspondence with Joe from the time of delivery. Seems like there is always some kind of excuse with the claim not being processed. Now Joe does not respond to email, phone calls nor text messages reguarding the claim. He is ignoring me now.

The inside is vaguely reminiscent of a cafe and there is a sofa seating area with faux fireplace and large screen tv which was playing sports. There is a large display of sweets and treats as well as the person making the crepes. They have a large array of coffees, teas, and drinks. I believe I saw boba as well. The food menu is relatively simple but does have some unique offerings. We ordered the chicken crepé with a 1/2 salad and the Club sandwich with homemade chips. The crepe was light and had a nice texture. The sauce on the chicken was garlicy very tasty. The salad was an advocado salad and it was fresh with just lettuce, advocado, red onion, bell pepper, and cut cherry tomatoes. It came with ranch dressing. I asked for bleu cheese dressing but they did not have that as an option. I also attempted to order a coke but they only had Coke zero despite having a full Coke fountain machine within view. The club was fresh and the homemade chips were crispy according to my mother. I had the chai latte and it was very tasty, maybe slightly sweeter than my preference but very good. My mother enjoyed a regular latte. One young man was particularly helpful and patient with my mother, who has the onset of dementia, while she was deciding what coffee she wanted. Now lets talk about the things that left us a bit put off. This was our first time at the establishment so we went to the cashier, which was a young woman with long dark hair and glasses, she told us to take menus and then come back to the register and order. The was zero smiles or welcome or glad you're here to try our food. When I paid, there was an option for a tip, which I thought was ridiculous because so far I hadn't really received any service. We didn't receive any additional service either other than someone placing food on the table while we were ordering a coffee for my Mom. When the same girl dropped off food to the lady that sat behind us, she didn't say a word to her or ask her if she needed anything. So, I guess our experience with her was status quo. It was 32 degrees outside and it was also very cold inside. It may be because they were getting a delivery and the door kept being opened and closed. The music, where we sat in the back, was rather loud and was certainly not background ambiance. Lastly and concerning is the wiping of the tables. The tables were not being cleaned with a disinfectant between customers, they were using Pledge. I saw two tables "cleaned" in this fashion. I could not believe what i was seeing! This cannot be up to regulation. So, all in all, would I come here again? Maybe if I have a craving for a crepe.
