Hanka provides delivery (extra charge) and truck driver placed pallets exactly where needed. One pallet of grass was very dark green while the other two were much lighter. Watered as instructed and it's been slightly over a month now since planted, and every single piece is now dark green and growing. HIGHLY recommend that if you need grass sod and follow directions after planting, you should not be dis-satisfied at all.

We had Texian Fence install a concrete stem wall topped by a TREX Seclusions composite fence on our…read more1/4-acre lot. It was their first time installing the TREX system & they did a great job with a 3-man crew. They returned to do some troubleshooting on the 10-ft double gate because it wasn't closing properly. They showed up on time, cleaned up reasonably well after the job was complete, and we're very pleased with their work on that portion of the job. We get compliments on the TREX fence quite regularly, and it has been a fantastic addition to our property. We also purchased a section of powder-coated aluminum fence thru them and had them install. This fence has been nothing but trouble, and I would not recommend this product for the very expensive price. The quality is sub-standard, and pickets are falling out under very light use (no kids, so slamming, etc). Texian Fence submitted a warranty claim, but has yet to rectify the situation after numerous e-mails and texts. I also pointed out that some portions of the fence had screws in each picket, but a large portion had not, thus could potentially be an easy repair if they'd send someone out to look at it. No one showed up on two occasions. We are now 6-months after install. Because of their lack of action on the aluminum fence repair, I have not recommended them to other potential customers in our community who have inquired. In the event they follow up and complete the repairs, I will update this review.

He has everything from slow closing drawers to spice racks. He made a lost of everything I wanted and Itemized everything. From how much the hardware to my drawers to spice racks to a trash can bin. He explained that different type of wood, although pretty is easily scratched or marked. i.e. by dogs or kids which we have both. He helped me pick the right ones for my house. He then came to my house measured my kitchen and windows to make sure everything would fit. He even recommended I get a lazy Susan. for 75 dollars more it was SO worth it!!
