I can't say enough about the integrity of the True Value employee's in Weslaco. I stopped in for some keys, small screws and a few items for my parents. Customer service went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. I accidentally left my wallet with my cards, license, cash & ins cards on the checkout counter. I ran back to the store and they had it locked up in their safe for me. Their prices were reasonable and everything worked perfectly! Thank you for your help. This will be my "go to" store when I'm in town. Sincerely, Theresa Regalado read more

Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. The store is owned locally so the staff and owners are very attentive and community-minded. This is more than just a hardware store, they have accessories for outdoor fun, grilling, fishing, camping and home decor. And what a perfect location in the heart is Weslaco, not to mention it's much faster and more personal than those larger box stores. read more
