People irritated at how a manager is speaking to a customer. I get it, this can irritate me, too. But 1 star? Get out of town. I've been going here for years, and the old and new management has been nothing but kind to the people I've seen order. If Costco is going to repeatedly notify customers that their glasses are ready for pickup, I believe there should be a reasonable way for someone to simply hand over glasses that have already been purchased and paid for. Customers picking up completed orders should not feel like they have become unimportant once the sale is finished. Unfortunately, that was the message I took away from my experience today: the attention was there before the purchase, but not after.
