Robert was on the property within 2 hrs and on the phone putting my panic at ease. His wife met him bringing equipment and within a few hrs the clean up was complete and drying equipment left to finish job. My dad hired them to begin the process with insurance, but during the process of it all, my dad suffered from a stroke so I took over and Luis came over to walk us through all the options and costs. He just asked us to reach out to him whenever we were ready, so I really appreciated the no pressure sales from him. Unfortunately, a few weeks later my dad passed and we kind of put the roof on hold for a bit. The reason I'm stating these details is because in the 2-3 months time that this was all happening, Luis never once called or texted to pressure us into getting the process going, so that was really appreciated. I reached out to him last week to say that we should be ready to move forward now and asked him if he would come out again to go over the options we talked about 1-2 months prior and he said sure thing, no problem. He explained again how the roofing layers were going to go on and also our selection of colors based on Class 3 and Class 4 roofs and also what benefits a Class 4 roof would have. It was a little hard to get a feel of what it would look like based on the sample pictures on the booklet, so he took us around the neighborhood and pointed out roof colors and what colors he felt would look good on the house. He was very patient and explained everything very clearly and throughly, he also didn't try to upsell things here and there. We arranged for him to week and he said they crew would start at 7am and would be done by 4pm or so. On the day of the roof replacement, they came out a little before 7am and began work. They were very quick, efficient, and cleaned up after all the work was done too. Luis notified me when all the work was done and said he would check in the next day to make sure all went well. He will also come back in about a week or so to check up to see if there's any issues with the roof and will take care of anything that needs to be taken care of. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to get their roof repaired or replaced. If any of my friends in Dallas need a rec, this is the company I'll refer out to them.

The company I was working with is called JD pools who I guess maybe sent these guys out to do a week detection without my permission.I didn't receive a report that states.I have a spa when I do not.You can see in the images from this set report where it says, I have a spa spillover, but do not even have a spa.I had two more pool companies come out for second opinions and said that this report was absolutely false.Then, I was sprung a $550 dollar bill on a service.I never even approved. These two pool companies can hash out their finances and leave me out of it.

Verde came out quickly, met with my adjuster, worked with the adjuster through the claim to ensure I got paid fairly, and made the whole experience so easy. I started the claim and only talked to my adjuster 1 additional time. Verde just made it so easy. Chris is a professional, he is thorough and treated my roof like it was his own. I'll be honest, I don't think about my roof much, and I know nothing of how it should look or work. He saw something that I didn't notice and thought it looked terrible, so he made his crew redo it. If you want a roofer who you can trust, who will work hard for you, choose Verde.

They never sent anything to me after a year of excuses such as we are behind, someone broke an ankle, so and so got covid. A year! Then they tell me they can't provide one to me because I have been unresponsive. I have a full email trail of following up with them. I wouldn't hire them anyway after their terrible response and delayed estimate.

You can actually see the top of the drywall in the photos. So, the underlayment doesn't adequately cover the edges. Basically there was nothing between the interior walls and outside other than the roofing material, as the narrower drip edge did not extend.
