I have to admit that they've made some updates to their buses. The buses I have seen are newer, Wi-Fi is now included (if you are lucky), and overall it's a more comfortable ride that it was maybe a couple years ago. It is still sparse, and there are still the lottery issues with connecting buses but overall I have to say that Greyhound does seem to be improving from their somewhat sordid past.

He asked me to walk inside with him. So I did. The lady behind the window asked him a few questions and appeared to be a bit attitude-ish, but whatever. My son walked outside to the bus and there was a small line. He was on the bus all in a matter of a few minutes. Then another bus pulled up and some of their riders also boarded the bus. The process is quick and for the little bit of money, I would say the trip is well worth it. My son is almost there and his trip will be about 1.5 hours. It's convenient and a great option when you don't feel like driving!

As a result, I had to make last minute back-up plans and go on a local gambling boat out of SC. Overall, I rate this company as a 1 out of 5, based on poor communication, insufficient customer service and honestly they didn't seem to care about getting me on this junket and/or make alternative plans. I have a condition that when I get hot my blood pressure drops to 60/40 I pass out. I tried to get and explain to her but she was rude. I told her I could off somewhere so I could cool down she still would not let me. since I had told her I had plan to ride it around in the first place.
