I then called ChowNow who then contacted the restaurant. I was then told that Atownwings Bainbridge did not want to refund me anything. When I went to A Town Wings in Tallahassee, they were super helpful and understanding and I was told they would refund me or help me if they could but the Bainbridge location is not connected to them. I am overall upset that i did not even receive a partial refund for an order I called about and never even picked up.
