It rained about a week after the installation and I had water running down from between the gutters and the facia of my roof ! I called him and made him aware of the problem that day! He said he would be coming to fix the problem within a week! After he didn't show up I called him again and he said he had been on an alaskan cruise and would be coming out the next week. I've called him several times over the months and sent him videos of the problem trying to get him to come back and fix the problem and he still hasn't shown up !! Before he started doing the work I asked if he was experienced in putting gutters on homes with metal roofs and he said he had done several projects that had metal roofing ! I'm afraid that with all the water getting behind my gutters that I will eventually be having a problem with a rotting fascia and having to replace my roof that's attached to the fascia and drip edge that holds the roof in place!

The day of installation came, the guys did an awesome job. That's why they get 3 stars. The rest of the experience was awful... but the installers were awesome. Very patient and worked with me since I couldn't be home. They texted me photo options. This company needs to ditch the old fashioned mentality because I was offended... and I'm sure I'm not the only one... and I repeatedly told them I did t need a sales pitch... that I just wanted to see the options and the price.

I had many things at the time I could and did say to myself but will not get into here. Come to find out the two men that were on the job did not speak English at all. I ask the office to send a English speaking employee but Noone showed up. They completed the job and took pictures. I was not happy with the work and asked for a forman to come check the work. No one were showed. A few weeks later I got a phone call demanding to know why I had not paired. My answer was you have not sent the bill or a forman to check the work. To end this long story save yourself a headache and check around for a good business that sends English speaking employee.

At 3, they were unloading their equipment and a crew of 3 was finished by 5:30 with cleaning my gutters AND INSTALLING GUTTER PROTECTION SCREENS so they don't get filled with pinestraw again. All of this was for an agreed upon price that was half the estimate I got from some slick phone salesman a couple of years ago. Most contractors will tell you they'll be there between 10 and 2, then show up at 4 and don't get finished before leaving. Not these guys! I appreciate the good service and the way they treated me.
