Tri-City provides exceptional service at an unbeatable price…read more When my HOA announced that all houses 10 years and older have to be repainted I started looking for quotes immediately. Tri-City offered the same services as everyone else for half the price. In addition, they gave my community a discount, since so many of us needed the work done. From the start, the communication from Jimmy has been excellent. He promptly responded to all emails within hours and informed me about weather-related delays. The work was done in 2 days and looked incredible. The crew was courteous and mindful of landscaping. On top of that, they installed all the screens I had stored in the garage, and replaced some spotlights that were too high for me to reach, free of charge. Tri-City definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to service and quality, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic Work and Communication…read more Jimmy was so gracious in doing our small job at our rental house. We needed the shed (18 x 16 x 20) primed, caulked, and painted and some facia/soffit repaired. He did a beautiful job, worked around the crazy rainy weather, and was very reasonably priced. He treated our little project with the same respect as a $20,000 job, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be using Jimmy again.

I could have done without the ridiculous anti-vaccine rhetoric and political musings from one of the guys. He also started in on China and I felt very uncomfortable because I am asian. They also charged me multiple times for the service. I spent the next morning trying to have the extra charges returned and was hung up on when I said that I wanted someone to come back out and clean the mess they left in the landscaping. Not a professional experience to say the least. I personally will not use this company again and will not refer them.
