He was "risk for falls". He fell and reinjured his operated leg. We found out it was broken. The blame was put on my husband instead of P.T., whom we trusted to get better. She owned him a duty to improve and protect him from further harm. We haven't heard from them since, no apology at all. Documents were not all accurate.

Beyond that they need a lot of work on scheduling, communication between the staff and consistency regarding the day to day providers. Sick people shouldn't have to give nurses and doctors instructions.

I was doing some physical therapy in the hospital but was not seeing much improvement. They saw enough to discharge me and send me here for more rehabilitation. I was only there 8 weeks and I made huge strides in my physical condition. They work with you 3-4 hours a day. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. By the end of my 8 weeks I was able to walk to the bathroom by myself and climb a few stairs. That was huge progress for me. I definitely recommend this center for those in need of rehabilitation.

This is where the great people at Holt Therapy came into play. They treated me with the greatest of care. Pushing me only as far as they felt I could go, limiting my pain and discomfort, assisting my recovery with every session. With their help and direction, I have made a great recovery and did it without experiencing all the horrible things others said they had experienced.
