All I can say is "BEWARE!" We hired Concrete Hero to restore our patio (a few shallow cracks) and…read morethe pad in front of garage. He began work May 4 and every time he came he left a bigger mess. There is concrete splatter on the brick, the painted garage, the trap door and back porch and door. It's a dark ugly gray that I have not been able to scrub off. The patio is left with trowel marks and is "painted" a dingy battleship primer type cover. You can see the concrete through it. The garage area looks worse than before. I paid a lot of money and am much worse off now. I am elderly and trusting, so when he said he was finished in early May I believed him. Big mistake. I now have to hire someone to paint over this mess (except the brick, I'm stuck with the splatter on it). I regret ever meeting this unethical, inept, incompetent, man. If only someone had told me to "BEWARE".

Todd's quote was less than half of the other quote I had gotten and he completed the work on the morning scheduled. The water now drains properly. As one other reviewer mentioned, there was some excess foam left in places where I had to clean up myself that I might have deducted half a star if I could, but for the overall result and cost, I was completely satisfied with the outcome.

He fit us in an already packed schedule and came to take care of the driveway and roof and also clean off the generator, heat pump, etc. while we were away and sent pics - he was highly conscientious, a great communicator, and did a great job. He did such a good job that two weeks later when we were heading back, the driveway was totally clear even after another few inches fell the day before. I only knew that because he went to check himself to make sure we could get in our driveway...which we easily could! All along, William's customer service, honesty, and business ethics were top-notch. He will be our first call in the future and I strongly recommend he be yours as well. Thanks, William - you made going away, being away, and coming back SO much easier and less stressful!

Allen Holloway and his company have solved so many tricky problems. I had a yearly roof leak in a…read moreduplex in the Fan that the original roofer would send over unsupervised tradesmen to repair. There is an indentation in the roof called a pitch pocket that the A/C lines run through and these fellows thought the way to repair the leak was to fill it with hot tar and POUR THE EXCESS INTO MY BUILT-IN GUTTERS! After having to replace the two-story downspout filled with old tar and repair the blown out built-in gutter, I called the owner who said, "We never use hot tar." Allen's men identified the issue, repaired it and I haven't had a leak for three years! Also had a sinking kitchen floor in my 100 year-old house. Probably caused by the Jenn-Air I installed in an island in the former dining room and then added a big refrigerator. Allen's men knew exactly what the problem was, crawled under the house, carefully jacked the floor back to level while another man was laying on the floor being kissed by my dog. They have also thoroughly looked at a problem roof for a client Great diagnosed the issues with photographs and made smart recommendations for repairs. Also looked at a mold issue a client had and, again offered smart solutions. I highly recommend them.

I interviewed Green Dreams along with 2 other landscapers a year ago. The owner of Green Dreams…read moreasked me how he could deliver excellent service. My answer was, "if your crew damages any parts of my property, then I expect you to fix it. I don't want to come home and discover something is broken and the crew didn't bother to take responsibility". The owner was ok with that so we engaged in a service contract. I've had several problems this past year including weeds in my lawn and in my beds, a broken landscaping light from a tractor running it over, and broken sprinkler piping from when aeration occurred. I had to call to get these issues resolved. Not good. My service contract says that weeding is part of my service. I never saw any of the crew address weed issues on my property (until I called them out on it). My contract also says that they would prune my shrubs/trees. Being that all my landscaping was all brand new, I didn't need any pruning... but still was I was paying for a service I wasn't getting. My contract also said I could expect to have my lawn mowed about once per week. They mowed about half that amount. So, essentially I paid $280 per month EVERY month whether they worked or not. Considering I haven't seen them from Sept to April, it's not a good deal. I'll update this review next season if my landscaping looks the way it should if I renew.
