He fit us in an already packed schedule and came to take care of the driveway and roof and also clean off the generator, heat pump, etc. while we were away and sent pics - he was highly conscientious, a great communicator, and did a great job. He did such a good job that two weeks later when we were heading back, the driveway was totally clear even after another few inches fell the day before. I only knew that because he went to check himself to make sure we could get in our driveway...which we easily could! All along, William's customer service, honesty, and business ethics were top-notch. He will be our first call in the future and I strongly recommend he be yours as well. I could tell that he really needed the work, so I agreed and we shook hands. He then asked me for a 25% deposit. I told him that I didn't pay upfront and that was a deal breaker for me. As I turned to walk away, he said; "I need to get some gas and a new chainsaw blade to do the job, could you at least give me $50?" I knew better, but I felt sorry for the guy.
