Then discovered later (AFTER leaving positive feedback on eBay- you can't change feedback and he knows it) that the battery was bad. He refused to replace the battery and accused me of switching batteries with another laptop. Rude communications and used eBay to protect himself from having to replace the battery. I even offered to split the cost of 30... so requested $15 refund which he refused. Then when I attempted to return battery with eBay shipping label (within their 30 day return policy), he IMMEDIATELY canceled the return offer (he wanted the ENTIRE laptop). I was couple days late on eBay return label but he did not cancel until after I had mailed it. Apparently not just the battery he wanted returned but the entire computer. I don't trust them and could be damaged in shipment, loss of use by my guests, and my schedule. He wants to control everything and the customer has NO priority. POOR communication, rude, arrogant, and just plain criminal. BUYERS BEWARE!
