They finished the job on the 2nd day and cleaned up any mess they'd left. This company came out within a few weeks and followed up in between to schedule the appointment. Basically, our down spout was repaired and cleared. They were definitely worth the price - we haven't had the issue again and our yard doesn't flood with water.
