The shrimp were a bit salty; but otherwise, that platter passed her muster. I got the red snapper Alexander, and it was really good. Lots of flavor without overwhelming the fish. The Caesar salad I had with it had WAYYYY too much dressing, but it wasn't overpowering. The rolls they give you when you're seated as still to die for. And the cheesecake for dessert was great! The service was outstanding. The only caveat I would offer is that we were there in the middle of the afternoon, and it wasn't busy.

No other burger had white cheese either so I'm assuming since NOTHING was labeled that they did not include my order. For a $25 burger it is unacceptable! Never again. BEST BITES AT TOASTED YOLK!…read more Today, hubby and I stopped by Toasted Yolk, and I finally decided to give their Avocado Toast a try--and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! It starts with a grilled slice of artisan bread, and of course, I requested sourdough because that's my favorite! Then comes a generous amount of mashed avocado. And when I say they don't cheat you on the avocado... they REALLY don't! It's topped with fresh pico de gallo and two eggs. I asked for mine over easy, so that beautiful yolk could do what it does best! It was served with a fresh spring mix salad, but you can substitute the salad for something else if you prefer. Everything was delicious, and our waitress Harley was absolutely the BOMB! She was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even better. Great food + great service = a winning combination! Now I want to hear from YOU! What's your favorite go-to at Toasted Yolk? Give me some suggestions for my next visit! #tastefullyhettyb #BestBites #ToastedYolk #AvocadoToast #BreakfastBites #BrunchBites #EatLocal #SETXFoodie

The food is great and they have some really awesome specials. I can't wait to go back a second time. My only complaint would be about the drinks we had, the sweet tea was not sweet enough, so I changed it for a Dr Pepper and there was not enough carbonation in it so eventually, I just switched to water. But it's not worth bringing the review down because overall I still had a great time.

It's sooooo hard to find good food in Beaumont, but they really made me a returning customer. Pros: I ordered the Shack Bowl 10/10 fresh, healthy, delicious. My boyfriend ordered the Twisted tender tacos and a Strawberry waffle. He's really hard to please too food wise so that's a big deal. We give them both a 10/10. The strawberry pico was chef's kiss. The date was light and refreshing on the tacos. The chicken was seasoned and crispy. Cons: The waffle was really good but for $9 it was small if it came with a side for maybe $11-12 it would've made more sense to us or if it was bigger. Ultimately, we're looking forward to trying other items on the menu in the future.
