So after received an email stating that my gaming computer was ready to be picked up I arrived the gentleman at the Geek Squad stated I did not owe a balance for anything I repeated myself three different times and the gentleman said I did not OWE anything due to me being a total protect member. After leaving the store I received a phone call with voice mail a gentleman stating I did owe a balance he forgot to tell the gentleman I owed a balance. I do NOT think this is right to have me come back to the store when the other gentleman stated I did not OWE anything since being a total protect member. To me, This is not a good way to represent a multi million dollar company and how they handle their business with customers. Bad practice it seems like to me.

First, I never saw nor was spoken to by someone who worked there. Maybe they were shorthanded. Maybe people didn't show up when they were scheduled. But whatever the reason, I literally couldn't find any help. Second, the open box section of TVs is an absolute mess. There is essentially no organization to it and nothing was labeled so I had no clue how much stuff cost. I would have asked someone, but yeah, I couldn't find any help. This was frustrating as I was looking to buy a TV that day. Ultimately, it was a very disappointing visit and I left without buying a TV. I feel like there is great room for improvement. I won't return unless I absolutely have to.

We were constantly trying to troubleshoot, but the problem persisted. Call after call, plumbers came out, one after another, quoting absurd "$$$olutions", some even wanting to rip up all of the concrete in our kitchen. Then, in comes Mr. Adam! FIXES the leak in under 10 mins and bid us a good day!!!! Our floor has been dry ever since. Our ONLY regret was that we didn't call him FIRST. I am lucky to have found Appliance Magic after a terrible experience with Sears service…read more Denise was not only able to get me an appointment but she took the time to walk me through a common problem on dryers which could have saved me the need for service. On top of that, she even made sure to verify if I still needed their help and worked to get me into an earlier time slot that had just become available. Their customer service is absolutely first rate. Jason is knowledgeable and took the time to ensure the job was done correctly, especially since my issue was less common. The job was done quickly and at a very fair price. I can say I'm very happy to have a working dryer again before the stay at home order goes into effect. I was also happy to learn that both installed parts and labor would be covered under a one year warranty as well. If I have any appliance issues Appliance Magic will be my first call. I highly recommend you make them yours too.

This is by far the worst Home Depot I have shopped at. Very unorganized and help is hard to find…read more Unlike other hardware stores and Home Depots, none of the employees speak or ask you if you need help. The selection of items that I was looking for is much better than Lowe's across the street, so that is the only reason why I patronized this location. It was a Saturday afternoon, and I saw a light fixture I wanted, but an entire forklift was sitting right in front of the one I wanted, so i had to be creative and move all the items beside it off the shelf to get the one I wanted, no workers were in sight btw. Then, the specific bathroom faucet that I wanted was on display, but I did not see the actual box on the shelf. I went online to see what stores had the faucet in stock, and it said the Warner Robbins store that I was currently at had 13. It showed aisle 9 and bin E2, so I proceeded to aisle 9 and could not find the item. Then I flagged down a young man who worked there and asked him where to find the item even showed him the web page, and he said E2 was the end cap and moved on. I searched for about 30 minutes, and even random men who didn't work there who were shopping offered to help me, yet I could not get any help from the actual workers. I had things to do, so I checked out the items in my cart and ordered the faucet for pickup since it was obvious that they would have to look for them. Instead of the 2 hours, pickups tend to take they emailed me 3 hours later saying my faucet was ready to be picked up. I went straight to the online pickup section, and the rude guy behind the counter was like, "You need something." Well, the sign did say online pick up, and I was standing there, so I thought it was obvious, but I told him anyway that I was picking up an online order. He asked me for an order #, when the website only says to show up with ID. He finally entered my name. Amazingly, my order popped up, and then he asked for ID. Once he noticed me taking pictures gearing up for this review, he was more polite. Thankfully, I ended up getting everything I needed that day due to the awesome selection, but the customer service is horrible. Unless you know exactly what you want and where to find it, this location is not worth your time and frustration.

I am a 55 years old woman that's only 5' tall and 120 lbs and had to help my husband doing the job their getting paid for. Totally unnaceptable!!!!! Think twice if you thinking about purchasing lumber or any kind of heavy item because you'll be doing it all by yourself, as for me I rather drive a little further and get help in a different hardware store , what a shame I've been a customer of Home Depot for so many years but not anymore
