I'd like to respectfully share my own experience, because it was very different. Mike Wright and…read moreIsaac Wright worked with my one-year-old English Cream Retriever, Noble, and the results were wonderful. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they explained from the beginning that the day you pick your dog up is often not the best time for a full training lesson because dogs are excited and overstimulated seeing their owners again. Instead, they schedule a separate go-home instructional session where they can properly teach you commands, structure, and how to maintain the training. I actually appreciated that approach because it allowed me to focus and learn when Noble was calmer. At our session, they went into detail about what to do, what not to do, and how consistency at home plays a major role in continued success. They also let me know they were available anytime if I had questions or needed help afterward. Every dog and owner situation can be different, but in my case, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about Noble's success long after training ended. I'm very grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend them.

I had a terrible experience. My dog went for the two weeks training as a puppy and when I tried to…read morecontact him while she was there, you couldn't get a hold of him. He said he'd call you back. And he would forget. We were supposed to have a training session for three hours when the training was done. He could not do the training when I picked her up because he had another client there and didn't have time. He was supposed to call me and schedule a time and he never did. I was not impressed with what he taught with my girl. He cost a lot of money and it would've been fine if there would've been something accomplished. But he did not. So I am now looking for another trainer to help me with my girl, but I definitely wouldn't go here or recommend somebody going here. I'm extremely Disappointed

I have never had a problem with them before. However, my dog had an accident that resulted in a…read moreliteral gaping hole in her chest and we took her here because it's more affordable than any other animal clinic in the area. When we arrived we were checking in at the front desk. The receptionist was not kind. She had an attitude even tho my sister in law and I were very very nice and patient. A nurse came over to take a look at the wound on Gracie, she took not even 2 seconds to look at it and told us there was really nothing they could do. You can see my dogs fat on the inside without even having to really look. Then, we proceeded to wait for an eternity, (and yes I do understand that there are other patients, however a priority system would be extremely effective). They were seeing animals who had minor issues, like getting lab work done or shots, meanwhile my dog has an actual open hole in her chest that NEEDS to be stitched up or stapled or something. There is no possible way that we can leave this wound open without there being potential for an infection that could kill my dog. And lastly, my SIL went in to see if there was any bottled water and a water bowl she could purchase because our dog is thirsty, and the receptionist completely and blatantly ignore her. I've always heard really good things about this place, and have read multiple reviews about how good they are with everyone's animals, but I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment that we received today. I'm also going to attach a picture of what her wound looks like. We are currently in a room, but now it's another waiting game on how long it's going to take to be seen. We are going on hour 3.

This is my favorite pet sitter in the area!…read more We have used Kountry kennels to board both our dogs and cat for many years. Kim is a real animal lover! She takes care of our fur babies like they're her own. Her Kennells are very clean and the dogs have their own runs. Her Kennells are in a great barn below her home. Like I said, the Kennells are very clean and I've never smelled any offensive pet odors there. The dogs have plenty of clean and fresh water and food. She's great about giving any meds or special care needed as well. I have no problems or fears leaving our pets with her! The peace of mind that brings is worth any amount(she is very fair w her rates) and I know when we go on business trips or vacation that our pets will be loved and taken care of. You won't regret bringing your animal here. She's just a really caring and conscientious person who loves animals!
