As soon as we walked in, the staff immediately greeted Tyrone (he's a pug) and me, which I appreciated. They also let me know that since I brought my own shampoo, my total would be $13 instead of $15, which was a nice surprise. The place was really clean, and yes, it smells like dog, but that's kind of expected since it's a doggy daycare and boarding spot. The wash area was solid and did exactly what it needed to do. They had plenty of clean towels, plus shampoo and conditioner available if you need it, and a good assortment of grooming tools. Overall, it was convenient, affordable, and way easier than trying to do this at home.

I dropped him off in the early morning, so they had plenty of time to set up. This resulted in me helplessly watching on the cameras as he paced back and forth the entire night. Second night he had his comfort items and slept wonderfully, because that's WHAT THEY'RE FOR. 2) When I picked him up this morning I could hear staff screaming at the dogs from the parking lot. Not the stern voice you have to use sometimes with dogs.... no... they were screaming 3) my dog has pretty upsetting injuries. In the past I have brought him in with his harness and they always print out a laminated collar for him to use during his time there. They didnt do this time and they left the harness on him for DAYS. when I picked him up he has severe chafing and was bleeding from several spots. They said nothing to me. This isnt even the first time he's been injured here. He had a cut so bad on his ear once that it got an infection... again at that point they said nothing. Today, in combination with previous visits this year, have brought me to the internet to urge you (whoever you are) to find somewhere else to take your dog.

It was not life threatening or i would have!!! I was then told if DrMac saw me before 11:30 am it would be an extra $100. For what? It's not a broken paw. The nail in the coffin was told to wait in my car till 11:30. I am nobody special i get that and she not said anything about the extra money i would have just waited but the sign says "Your pet is our priority"! The $100 was the priority. I completely understand having to work me in i was not put off by that but to work me and charge me $100 I'm done! It's all about the money apparently!

I brought my friend and companion to get groomed. He was really matter on his paws. He won't let anyone touch them. He's a rescue and has high anxiety. For that reason he is out under anesthesia during the groom. I dropped him off and when I came back to pick him up and it seems that the person who brought him to me after it had been a while of me waiting was hesitant because he had been cut and he was bleeding so he needed a antibiotic topical and had to wear one of the cone hats. I thought about this before I called to complain I feel like he was injured there and that they should be responsible for paying the paying for the antibiotic and The cone hat I'm not asking for my money back for the groom I understand that accidents happen I'm not trying to fuss at anyone in particular I just think it would be a good gesture seeing as how he was hurt there that they could bill for the cone hat in the top of the antibiotic. So I spoke with office manager and she was out when this happened she was on vacation I spoke with her and she said she would get back to me a few times and she didn't I felt like I was being brushed off and my little puppy is my love he's my little companion it means a lot to me that he was hurt there and I am upset about it but they should be upset about it too I mean it happened there the doctor looked at it thought it required anti-biotic ointment topical and the hat. But when I spoke with the office manager and she said she had spoke with the doctor and the others that had something to do with what happened to Anakin they suggested that he had a cyst that had I guess ruptured while they were trimming him at no time during the afternoon where I picked him up did the doctor or the lady who brought him out to me say anything about there being a cyst he said he accidentally got cut he's been bleeding and oozing and he has to wear the hat so that he can't lick his foot I was really upset but I didn't act out I went home and thought about it and obviously manager was back in on Wednesday and Friday I spoke with her after she had spoke with her staff and she said that basically it was Anakin's foot that was the problem and that the doctor had said he had a cyst remember and they never said that word to me when I picked him up so I am on a rant and I feel like I have not been fairly treated of course my my dog fairly treated at this point he had to wear the cone hat and it stretched both sides of his neck as it has even wearing it. I have a young Great Dane who is full of energy and a bit anxious... that said, he was all kinds of crazy when I dropped him off since it was new territory... however, they allowed me to hang till he was calm and comfortable with a new place. They were so gentle with him and understanding he was a young pup in a new place! Honestly, it didn't take my dog long to warm up because the property itself is truly a dogs dream. There are plenty of pins for them to get outside time to run and play together or individually. I drive over an hour to keep my dogs here and it is very worth it!

The pharmacy placed my rx 'on file' on my dog's profile. When I returned from travel to pick it up, i was informed that it was returned to stock. Upon attempting to refill it, they realized the prescription had expired by 2 days. Legally, in the state of GA, (non-controlled prescriptions expire one year from the date it was written). In an effort to get a new rx from my vet, thoroughly communicating what happened with the pharmacy, they refused to send in a new rx. My dog was due for a yearly exam(it had only been 2 days past the last annual visit). This was not good customer service, nor did this show compassion. I will be looking for another vet. Emphasis on (ONLY 2 days had passed since the previous year's annual visit for my pet. Therefore, due to travel; I had not yet had the opportunity to schedule a visit for my pet! The refill had expired after the pharmacy erroneously returned it to stock. An authorization was needed from the vet to re-activate the Refill on Simparica Trio(which lasts 6 months!). A lot of vets are making it challenging to receive prescriptions because pet owners are having their fur babies' Rx's filled at local pharmacies instead due to lower costs.
