I got a referral from my neighbors who had gotten 2 puppies from Bella Notte. After watching and experiencing the characteristics of their dogs I decided to contact Odette. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient with what all I was looking for. Odette listened to my concerns and wants. She was able to pick me out the most perfect little guy. She sent me pictures and then invited me to come meet him. You can truly tell and feel the love she has for her puppies. I picked him up at 8 weeks, I got more than enough information for a puppy since this is the first puppy I've ever had. He (Wilbur) has been the easiest puppy ever! We took home sweet Nova and Terra in November of 2017. They are half sisters (same black poodle father) and are absolutely wonderful dogs. Terra is a goldendoodle and full of personality - and she does not shed. Nova is a labradoodle and does shed, but she is gorgeous and such a sweet, smart dog. Both dogs get along incredibly well with other dogs and people. Odette was extremely communicative and the entire process was smooth and transparent - no pressure to take home a puppy and she wanted the best for the animals. We are so happy with these incredible pups in our lives!! read more

This is probably the most unproffesional encounter I have ever had. I made a deposit for a puppy before the mother was even pregnant. That's how much I was looking forward to getting a golden doodle. Since I was the first to make my deposit I had first choice of my puppy. Long story short. I get a text message from the owners daughter saying that the collars slipped of the puppies and she doesn't know who's is who's. When I reach back out because her number is Unknown and went to junk, so I didn't see it until about a week and a half later (which I am only responsible for communication with the owner because that is who's number is recognizable and who I have been communicating with for the last 6 months!!!!!) she tells me the puppies have been sold. (This is about 7 days after the go home date. The owner became ill and hospitalized and she let me know this prior. so when the take home day came and I didn't hear from her I remained sensitive to her situation and didn't reach out knowing that she was ill and hospitalized) NOBODY REACHED OUT TO SAY THE PUPPY HAD BEEN SOLD BEFORE I CONTACTED THE DAUGHTER. AND I HAD ALSO PICKED OUT MY PUPPY ALREADY IT IS NOT MY FAULT THE COLLARS "slipped off". THEN SHE ARGUES WITH ME AND ACTUALLY REFUSES TO REFUND ME MY DEPOSIT. A DEPOSIT FOR A PUPPY I DIDNT RECEIVE AND THAT SHE SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RESERVED FOR ME. Quite ridiculous considering she sold the puppy so she got the money for it but still wanted to KEEP my money! She argued with me because she wanted to give me a puppy that another woman couldn't pay for and because I did not like this option she got angry and refused me of my deposit. I am literally so astonished at how rude and unprofessional this business is. I have never known a business to refuse a refund based on a error on their part. So disgusted never experienced anything like it before!!! read more

We just recently adopted a cocker spaniel from Odette at Bella Notte Cockers. It was a great experience. We went to their home when the puppies were approximately 4 weeks old to choose the one we wanted. They were all so cute and adorable and Odette was very patient in our looking and handling of the little ones. After choosing our little girl, knowing it would be 4 more weeks before we could pick her up, Odette sent us pictures and videos of her weekly. It was such a pleasure to get those and see how well she was doing. Our puppy has such a wonderful disposition... so cuddly and lovable and watching her run and play is very cute. She has been such a wonderful addition to our family. Our three year old cocker cant get enough of her. They play very well together.
