These people are there on a Sunday morning before 8:00, ready to do their jobs. One of the most impressive things is the organization of the whole process. Everyone is focused on whatever task they have. It's crowded, lots of dogs and people. Yet the experience for me was of organized efficiency. Staff communicate continually, with each other and all the people waiting. I really can't stress enough about what a completely successful visit I had. Again, I thank the awesome staff.

I am a first time foster and have been working with Christa, the foster coordinator at Paws, to find a foster match for my home and with my current dog. Christa has been incredible, very communicative and responsive, and is so personable and has such passion for what she's doing which beams just from her. The foster process has been so easy and they've made sure me and my dog are comfortable the entire way through! I'm excited to be a foster for a long time with Paws. Thank you for all the work you do for the community, but more so for the animals as well.

Amy and Lillian are kind, experienced, and genuinely want you to be a better partner to your dog. I also really appreciate the post-session recaps they'd send, along with links to resources. I can see major differences in Momo's behavior; she knows that she can trust me and relax because I'm more knowledgeable about her limits and triggers, and it's given me a HUGE sense of relief and lessened anxiety around walks, strangers, and visitors. Highly recommend Behave Atlanta to everyone! (This is the same review I left on Google, in case you see it there as well)

We cannot recommend Amy and Lillian enough! We had tried other trainers before to no avail, and were still completely at our wits end on how to help our dog and to make sure she wasn't a harm to other people or dogs. Amy and Lillian were absolutely wonderful in giving us the tools to support our dog (they trained us as much as they did Peanut :) ). We no longer have to walk with our heads on a swivel and can finally have guests over without worrying! Amy and Lillian prioritize positive reinforcement which we loved and was so effective for our dog. We would see them forever if we could to reinforce the good behaviors our dog has learned!

We normally board our German Shepard at Wellspring Animal Hospital in Covington, but they were full…read morefor the time that we had requested. They recommend that we try their sister hospital in Social Circle. After using Wellsprings boarding service twice with no issues at all, it made sense to use Social Circle Veterinary Hospital. This turned out to be a very bad decision. On Monday, we took our dog over for a walk through 5 days before leaving him for boarding, to see if he would have problem. No issues were noted and they said that he was ok to stay there. Saturday, we brought him to start his stay. They ask me sign a letter permitting them to give him Trazodone to use for relief of anxiety. I signed it thinking that it would not be needed, nor was it used during his previous stays at the sister site. During our trip I called them on the Wednesday to see how he was doing, they put me on hold to check his status. They came back to the phone and said they he was ok, he was eating ok and had just been out side. No mention of any issues or problems. Came back to pick him up on Thursday, and they told me they had to use Trazodone starting the day we brought him in Saturday. We never received a call on Saturday while we were still here, now anything during our trip. They did not contact our son who was listed to be contacted if something should happen. When I called, they did not mention that they had been giving him Trazodone starting the day we dropped him off. GSD are known to be active; they apparently were not prepared for this and decide to use this as an excuse to do a money grab. They added a doctor office visit $78.00, 100mg Trazodone $39.50 and jacked up the boarding stay from $29.00 a day to $50.70. I talked with Maggie about this and she said that there was a problem with communication and that she was going to look into it. Lesson learned the hard way make sure you know where you are boarding our pet and don't sign any medication waivers. I'm very disappointed at the recommendation that Wellsprings made. Their sister hospital leaves a lot to be desired, clearly, they are not operated, equipped or staffed the same.
