I've recommended her to all my friends and family because she doesn't quit until you're totally satisfied. Her prices are reasonable and she is so sweet. I've found my new house cleaner for life.

April does her job well - no complaints there. That is why we hired her twice. This review and…read morerating pertains to something else, which I feel folks hiring her should be made aware as well. After her last clean, I used cashapp to pay her the total amount (225 + 15% tip). Blame it on my fat fingers but I paid the amount twice back to back. Honest mistake on my part. Right after I realised I messaged her and she promised to refund the extra transaction that day evening. Well, 5 days have passed as I am writing this - she hasn't picked up a single call nor has she replied to any of my texts. I have given her the benefit of doubt till yesterday but when she snubbed me yet again - I understood that I am not getting the money back. Tbh the 260 bucks isn't a big deal for me, but its appalling that she is willing to lose a repeat customer for this while she could have earned the same amount and more in the next few months (with followup bookings). Such a shame! Well I hope it was worth it Edit: As a reply to April - I have never been informed for once that the refund will take 7-14 days. It could have been sorted if only she responded to any of my text/call. I am not deranged to ask for updates every single day if I had known there is a refund period. And yes I agreed its my mistake. I literally wrote that in the review. Nevertheless, I respect your business and if you're refunding the whole amount, I'll make sure to send you back the amount you're owed that very day itself.

I would completely avoid Kristy's Kleaning Service. The lack of communication, scheduling…read moreconfusion, and utter unprofessionalism made for a terrible experience, and I will never use her services again. Kristy originally scheduled an appointment to clean my home on Saturday, October 17, at 8:00 AM. By 8:45 AM, absolutely no one had shown up. When I texted her, she claimed she was sending a male cleaner named Jorge, even though our original agreement was for a female cleaner named Jennifer. Because I was home alone at the time and specifically did not want an unknown man in my house, I told her not to send him. I asked if she wanted to reschedule, and she agreed. I offered Monday after 3:30 PM, to which she just replied "okay Monday" without confirming an exact time. The confusion got worse around noon that same day when she texted me saying, "tomorrow 3:30 ok." Naturally, this led me to believe she meant Sunday. I sat at my house on Sunday waiting for her, but 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM passed with no show. When I texted her again, she told me she "thought she said Monday." By this point, she had completely missed two scheduled slots. When you don't have the staff to cover a job, you should step up and show up yourself. Instead, she chose to argue with me and say, "I don't work on weekends." If you mess up a client's schedule that badly, you should do whatever is necessary to accommodate them. I desperately needed this cleaning, but her attitude was the last straw. I told her not to bother coming on Monday. Avoid this business if you actually want someone to show up!
