SHE LIED ABOUT ALL OF IT INCLUDING THE TIMES SHE STARTED.... I HAVE CAMERAS ALL IN THE HOUSE AND ALSO OUTSIDE MY PROPERTY THAT ALSO REFLECT THE FACT SHE HAD A WORKER IN MY HOME THAT SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE. I CAN BACK UP EVERY CLAIM I HAVE MADE AND I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING HER TO COURT WITH ALL OF MY PROOF. IF YOU FEEL THE NEED TO LIE PLEASE MAKE SURE THE OTHER PARTY CANT BACK UP A STATEMENT!!!! YOU ARE A VERY DISHONEST PERSON AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I really did not want to leave this review as the owner seemed very nice and friendly. However, the cleaning job that I received was less than stellar. I reached out to her the next day after I had time to go back and fully inspect my home. I reached out to her two different ways via messenger and also iPhone message along with pictures of the work that was not done in my home. She has seen both messages and has simply chosen to not respond back or to make it right. I paid a good amount of money to have my 2100 square-foot house cleaned from top to bottom for a deep clean. According to her Cleaning policy, and what all it entails for a deep clean, I would say the majority of my downstairs was missed in those areas. Tables were not dusted nor baseboards that could have easily been accessible to move that she clearly stated would be. I didn't just pay for a regular cleaning. I paid for a ceiling to floor deep clean. When I came home, all of the lights were on and aesthetically, It looked good at the time, but when going back and looking at certain portions of the house, I noticed baseboards were not touched nor windows washed. This is what led me to do a more thorough investigation of the house. If she just would have reached out to me to try to make it right I wouldn't be leaving this review right now. My suggestion for any of her future clientele, please make sure you are going around your house and thoroughly inspecting it from top to bottom. I definitely would not recommend her to any of my friends looking for a cleaning service.

I would completely avoid Kristy's Kleaning Service. The lack of communication, scheduling…read moreconfusion, and utter unprofessionalism made for a terrible experience, and I will never use her services again. Kristy originally scheduled an appointment to clean my home on Saturday, October 17, at 8:00 AM. By 8:45 AM, absolutely no one had shown up. When I texted her, she claimed she was sending a male cleaner named Jorge, even though our original agreement was for a female cleaner named Jennifer. Because I was home alone at the time and specifically did not want an unknown man in my house, I told her not to send him. I asked if she wanted to reschedule, and she agreed. I offered Monday after 3:30 PM, to which she just replied "okay Monday" without confirming an exact time. The confusion got worse around noon that same day when she texted me saying, "tomorrow 3:30 ok." Naturally, this led me to believe she meant Sunday. I sat at my house on Sunday waiting for her, but 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM passed with no show. When I texted her again, she told me she "thought she said Monday." By this point, she had completely missed two scheduled slots. When you don't have the staff to cover a job, you should step up and show up yourself. Instead, she chose to argue with me and say, "I don't work on weekends." If you mess up a client's schedule that badly, you should do whatever is necessary to accommodate them. I desperately needed this cleaning, but her attitude was the last straw. I told her not to bother coming on Monday. Avoid this business if you actually want someone to show up!

One aspect of marriage that I've always tried to keep front and center is supporting what my…read morepartner enjoys doing. If she enjoys giving the kids their nightly baths, I try to make sure she always has clean pajamas to put them in and enough of their special kid lotions and creams to put on them. If she wants to cook a certain dish, I try to make sure she has the ingredients she needs, and will cut (really, food process) whatever would help her. And when we're moving into a new home, I try to find the right cleaning service that will allow her to focus on organizing things the way she wants them to be. Well, let's just say there are some things I'm better at than others. And, considering I'm still hearing about the cabinets that we can't use until she "re" cleans them, I'm guessing the picking the deep cleaning service isn't my strong suit. We had Top & Shine come into our home before we moved in. I chose them in part because of how responsive the owner was and how quickly she was able to come in and look at the property in order to give me an accurate quote. The team came in one Wednesday afternoon around 2pm and began cleaning. They were to clean all of the hardwood floors, dust + wipe down all cabinets (inside + out), countertops, ledges, ceiling fans, clean the appliances, bathrooms, windows, baseboards and doors--you know, help the home be move-in ready. I meant to get over to the house the following day (Thursday) to check everything out but couldn't make it until Friday. On Friday, I looked through and found that some floors were dusty and cabinets + drawers were dirty. I took pictures and sent to the owner. She said she'd send someone back out but blamed the dusty floors on the one Stanley Steemer (carpet cleaning) guy who came to the house Friday morning. She said that, in her experience, if we didn't have him wear foot coverings, he would've caused the dust on the floors. (Sidenote: before leaving the house that day, I'd find dusty floors in areas he didn't walk.) She also made a point to remind me that I said I was going to get over to the house on Thursday and she generally requires customer inspections within 24 hours. Lastly, she clarified that while they may clean the cabinets, they doesn't include the drawers. (Go into your bathrooms + kitchen and look at how many drawers you have. Imagine if those cabinets were clean but the drawers weren't.) Due to all of these reminders, the Mrs. and I concluded that they weren't the right people to make this right. We'd have to do it ourselves. And so we did. After moving in that weekend, we cleaned cabinets + drawers (and my wife makes it a point to call me in to see whenever her Clorox wipe was extra dark + dirty). We wiped down our floors. We removed the cobwebs from the light fixtures (one of which my wife saw Saturday night as we finished up moving). We took care of it. And while that offers some satisfaction of knowing it was done with care and attention to detail, I do wish I could've gotten this selection right + my wife could've just focused on telling me where she wants the linen and the silverware. But hey, none of us can be the perfect partner.
