She wanted to increase the price so instead I told her don't do certain rooms so keep the quote the same. I called, left messages, sent text messages and Lorien only responded to me AFTER I left an honest review on thumbtack where I hired her from. What a coincidence. She didn't refund my deposit and is not coming back to finish the job. Loriens response is very typical.. Anyone would get defensive if being called out. I get it. She quoted the price compared to another home was cleaning that she explained was 100 worse than what I explained. My home was built in 2021. Still brand new- Yes cluttered and messy (that's why I hired her). Any full time working mom with 2 toddlers would love help to clean their home. Let's just say, Lorien is SLOW and INEFFICIENT. She charges hourly and moves like a SNAIL. At the end of the day, she is unprofessional to completely stop communicating with a current customer. There's not excuse for that.
