We have noticed that they have an extremely high employee turnover and if employees are treated the same as many clients I can definitely see why. Our consultant who came to view our home and our needs did not properly document or leave notes for the cleaners properly so cleaners were completely unaware of our requests. The owner is completely scatterbrained and made promises to fix and complete services that she clearly had no clue about. We had hoped to have consistent cleaners who were proficient and adequate in cleaning our home, needs were met only once or twice in a 6 month period, nothing ever improves withthem.
