I called whirlpool and let them know and I was assigned to DEPENDABLE APPLIANCE and today my refrigerator was so if u have a choice I BEF U to go anywhere but NORTH EAST APPLIANCE. I was told it must have "fallen thru the cracks" & they could come for sure that day but I had to go out of town for a Dr. appt so I was told someone would be here Friday afternoon. Guess what happened. No one ever showed up or called. So, like they say, "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". Two days they were scheduled no one came or called.
