Once his guys showed up to my house all within an hour of me calling him, I was over exceeded with expectations. These guys named Josh and Red went above and beyond to find and fix my problem. They were very detailed with every part of the process. They gave me the best customer service and made me comfortable asking alot of questions. These guys honestly made my terrible situation better all within an hour. The cost of materials was very low. I would think less than $30. If you look at the price charged per hour, it's very high. I contacted the owner and asked if he thought the price was fair. He told me it was. I believe as the consumer you would not agree. This is a small town guys. How you conduct business is important.

In the end I decided to re-pipe the entire house instead of stressing over a leak developing with the hot water side. Yes, it was expensive and it literally took all day, but again it only took one (1) day. When they left, I had running water again and no leaks.
