They told her it would be before noon. We waited around all day, no plumber came & no one called us. Then Thursday morning I called them & asked them what happened. I was told it must have "fallen thru the cracks" & they could come for sure that day but I had to go out of town for a Dr. appt so I was told someone would be here Friday afternoon. Guess what happened. No one ever showed up or called. So, like they say, "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". Two days they were scheduled no one came or called. Bruce Plumbing the the last plumber I would ever call. I gave them one star only because there wasn't a zero stars.

Do not hire these guys. Took him 7 weeks amd my roof is still messed up. His headman was arrested…read morefor drugs along with another helper. The guy that replaced him wasn't any better. I knew this was going south so I started recording our conversation. he knew about the drugs, he admitted to hiring illegal immigrants, he admitted to hiring addicts, he admitted to hiring day labor guys and even said one of them left the drugs. Trash is everywhere. They didn't secure my roof and let it rain. by the time they fixed it my attic was flooded and my ceiling collapsed. My brand new roof has spray foam coming out of the cracks and is all over the place. One side of my house is missing a couple lines of screws and the just rattles in the wind. I left the review on their facebook page. Go look at the damage they caused my house. I think and it's my belief that I was scammed. if he will take advantage of a disabled veteran waiting on heart surgery he will do you wrong too. The day they left they left the dormers open and it was raining. They didn't care. kaden (guy in charge that day) told me he was being evicted and asked me for money. Said he would come back next week. no joke. I called the authorities. Monday I'll be calling ICE to turn in the recordings. IRS be notified. I will be talking to Louisiana contractors and reporting him. Do not trust these guys.

Worst roofing company ever. Did a full roofing job for me and then tree damage. Never finished…read morethe first job even though they were paid in full. Did the tree damage a month later and didn't finish either. Didn't put up a diverted as quoted. No drip edge, uneven shingles. Refuses to come back and finish even though invoice states that it is due upon completion. Finally called me back and said they would come out and takes pictures but no show again. Never use raintight and don't pay until job complete.
