After his technician evaluated the vehicle he called and explained to me that it wasn't an internal transmission and recommended that we take to it to the local Buick dealer as the code indicate an electronic issue. I asked if it was drivable to that dealer and he said yes. As I live in Buffalo, NY I told him i would come pick it up later in the week on my day off. He said that's crazy to drive 5 to 6 hours round trip and he would have one of his guys get it to the dealer. Now that's what I call customer service!!!!!!! I would not recommend this repair shop. Our vehicle sat on the lot for three weeks, and every week…read morewe were told we'd receive a quote the next day. That call never came. We were eventually told the truck had been put on the lift and that the transmission needed to be replaced. We mentioned that we believed the transmission might simply have been overfilled with fluid, but that possibility was dismissed without being checked. We had the truck towed to another repair shop, where they found the transmission had simply been overfilled with fluid. Nothing else needed to be repaired. To make matters worse, we were charged a diagnostic fee. If a proper diagnostic had actually been performed, it should have identified the real issue instead of incorrectly recommending a full transmission replacement. Based on our experience, this shop appears to take on more vehicles than it can reasonably handle and doesn't provide customers with a realistic timeline or explain how many vehicles are ahead of theirs. While we were there, we saw several customers decide to have their vehicles towed elsewhere rather than continue waiting. Overall, our experience was frustrating. We found the communication poor, the diagnosis inaccurate, and the service unprofessional. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this shop. STAY AWAY!!

Every place around was closed but I was staying in Olean for the time being so I had my car towed here. I seen this placed worked on foreign cars so I thought this would have been my best bet. I stopped by there Monday morning to let them know it was my car and what was going on with it. He said he had appointments to get to first and then he would take a look at it. Not a problem at all as I understand this. I called again Tuesday morning to see if there were any updates and see if he knew what was wrong with it yet, he started yelling at me over the phone saying that I was not giving him enough time to work on it and he wasn't expecting it (like it was my choice my car broke down and wouldn't start) and to have it towed somewhere else. So I did and got it fixed that same day even though there were "other appointments". People who know what they are doing can fix repairs or at the very least diagnose a car very quick. To top it off he even had the nerve to charge me a diagnostic fee and wouldn't release my vehicle to the tow truck company until it was paid although he could not tell me what was wrong with it. There for he did not diagnose anything. Horrible customer service skills and clearly horrible work skills as he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Do NOT bring your vehicle here!
