I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this lab was very disappointing. The staff was unfriendly from the moment | arrived, which already made the visit uncomfortable. Unfortunately, things got worse - they drew the wrong blood work for celiac disease testing. Because of this mistake, I had to go back on a gluten diet just to have the correct labs redone, which caused significant pain and setbacks for my health. It's incredibly frustrating to go through all that due to an error that could have been avoided with more care and attention. tried to call to settle a bill, which I would like to pay. Held on the phone the first time for about twenty minutes. Second time pretty much the same. THe recording States, "We know your time is important to you..." The recording offers a website, www.msnllc.net where you can talk to someone. This is not true. I tried several times, got through the CATCHA verification but then the button to select CHAT did not work. Finally I wrote Southeastern Pathology a long email explaining my dissatisfaction with their communication. I had been listening to the long reconding on my cell speaker and finally someone did pick up. I tried to explain what I had been going throught and the female agent, I think Christina, apparantly did not have time, or have interest and she tried to interupt me. Didn't want to hear the full version of what I had experience so she hung up. Withough even trying to help with my situation she disconnected me after i had spent, maybe an hour, on the phone and writing an email. She was very rude. This has been the most frustrating and process I've ever dealt with, and I was only trying to pay Southeastern Pathology the money owe them. Horrible, awful company. If I have any say in it, I'll never use them for pathology testing in the future. Stay away from these people if you have a choice. read more
