We contacted Brian for a spray foam estimate in our attic spaces. Brian laser measured the spaces, inspected the structure, and walked us through the process. After reviewing quotes from other companies, we chose Insulation over Atlanta. They were not the lowest price, or the highest price, but definitely the BEST value without the attitude or the BS! On installation day, Brian and his crew were on-site on time and got to work. Brian's crew; Alfredo, Antonio, and Alex (Triple A Plus++) are awesome! We put down some protective coverings the night before and they came in and double covered their work areas. AMAZING! They were very respectful and courteous of the property and DID NOT damage a single thing. No marks on the walls, etc. The put protection and covering where and when needed which was a concern for us - we just painted the interior and had new floors installed! Also, they are extremely clean! When they were done in one area, one was cleaning while the other two were moving hoses and spaying foam. During the insulation removal process (the old stuff) they were very particular to get it all out. The teamwork with this group is awesome! The finished spaces are almost move in ready! We had 6 companies give us estimates for the work, including Brian. Brian's estimate seemed the most thorough and gave us the most realistic diagnosis of the space. When we decided to work with Brian, he was able to get us on the schedule very quickly. His team showed up on time and worked diligently the entire day to get the job done. They were courteous, answered all our questions and were careful moving around their equipment in our home. Our project was a two step process but it was all completed over a weekend and by Monday evening the attic was ready for storage. We reached out to a couple of local wildlife removal companies for help, but Todd from Elite Wildlife Solutions was the first to respond. When he did, he asked all kinds of questions about what we were experiencing and began offering a much-needed reassurance that the problem was fixable. In person that reassurance was only stronger. This guy knows what he's talking about. We have a metal roof, and we had flying squirrels who made OUR home THEIR home, by sneaking into the exposed ridge vents and soffits. Todd got up onto the roof and performed a thorough inspection, checking every inch of the roof and gutters and other entryways, like the dryer vent. Then he ordered custom color-matched metal, fabricated it to fit the "gaps" in our roofing, and fixed every opening that these animals were exploiting. For about 2 weeks he left an extrusion cage in place, so that any squirrels still inside could humanely get out, but not get back in. And he gave us a one-year warranty on his work. This is not the least expensive solution, perhaps, but of all the options we had, it was the best and most PERMANENT solution, so worth it in the end.
