Cole, Sawyer, and Hunter were very patient and thorough to answer our many, many questions, and always responsive. We had some unique requests that were maybe a little different from how they usually do things, but they were still willing to accommodate us. We had a post-install energy audit performed, and we found that there were a couple of things that they ended up having to come back out to remedy, but Hunter and the crew were great about going over everything with me before and after to make sure we were fully satisfied. They even agreed to cover the extra follow-up visit from the energy auditor. I definitely recommend them.

IF YOU NEED insulation services, call Insulation Over Atlanta!…read more Brian is very responsive throughout the estimate and delivery process and his crew is the best! We contacted Brian for a spray foam estimate in our attic spaces. Brian laser measured the spaces, inspected the structure, and walked us through the process. After reviewing quotes from other companies, we chose Insulation over Atlanta. They were not the lowest price, or the highest price, but definitely the BEST value without the attitude or the BS! On installation day, Brian and his crew were on-site on time and got to work. Brian's crew; Alfredo, Antonio, and Alex (Triple A Plus++) are awesome! We put down some protective coverings the night before and they came in and double covered their work areas. AMAZING! They were very respectful and courteous of the property and DID NOT damage a single thing. No marks on the walls, etc. The put protection and covering where and when needed which was a concern for us - we just painted the interior and had new floors installed! Also, they are extremely clean! When they were done in one area, one was cleaning while the other two were moving hoses and spaying foam. During the insulation removal process (the old stuff) they were very particular to get it all out. The teamwork with this group is awesome! The finished spaces are almost move in ready! The bottom line is - if you're considering spray foam and/or radiant barrier for your home, contact Brian and Insulation over Atlanta for an estimate and tell him you saw this review. You'll be glad you did!

We had 6 companies give us estimates for the work, including Brian. Brian's estimate seemed the most thorough and gave us the most realistic diagnosis of the space. When we decided to work with Brian, he was able to get us on the schedule very quickly. His team showed up on time and worked diligently the entire day to get the job done. They were courteous, answered all our questions and were careful moving around their equipment in our home. Our project was a two step process but it was all completed over a weekend and by Monday evening the attic was ready for storage. It now remains at a temperature within 10-15 degrees of the rest of the home. Brian has been receptive on all follow up questions and requests and was always willing to go the extra step to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend his company for your insulation needs!

I scheduled an attic insulation estimate with Epic Spray Foam. Their representative, Grant, came to…read moremy home and spent more than an hour inspecting and discussing the product with me. I explained that I wanted he existing blown fiberglass insulation removed from the attic floor and was considering replacing it with batt/roll insulation. We also discussed spray foam for the attic walls as another option. After spending more than an hour of my time on the appointment, I did not receive an estimate. The following day, Grant left me a voicemail explaining that he had recently learned the company no longer does batt/roll insulation on attic floors and therefore they would not be providing a quote. This was frustrating because, in my opinion, the company should have known before scheduling and conducting the appointment whether it offered the type of insulation work I requested. And since we had also discussed spray foam for the attic walls-which is Epic's specialty I would have appreciated receiving an estimate for that portion of the project even if they couldn't perform the batt installation. I scheduled the appointment because I was seriously considering having work performed and expected to receive pricing. Instead, more that an hour was spent on an in-home consultation that ultimately resulted in no estimate. Based on my experience, I would recommend that prospective customers confirm in advance that Epic currently performs the exact insulation service they need before scheduling an in-home appointment.

When we heard animal noises coming from the roof of our newly purchased North Georgia home, we knew…read moreit was a serious problem that we couldn't resolve in a do-it-yourself way. We reached out to a couple of local wildlife removal companies for help, but Todd from Elite Wildlife Solutions was the first to respond. When he did, he asked all kinds of questions about what we were experiencing and began offering a much-needed reassurance that the problem was fixable. In person that reassurance was only stronger. This guy knows what he's talking about. We have a metal roof, and we had flying squirrels who made OUR home THEIR home, by sneaking into the exposed ridge vents and soffits. Todd got up onto the roof and performed a thorough inspection, checking every inch of the roof and gutters and other entryways, like the dryer vent. Then he ordered custom color-matched metal, fabricated it to fit the "gaps" in our roofing, and fixed every opening that these animals were exploiting. For about 2 weeks he left an extrusion cage in place, so that any squirrels still inside could humanely get out, but not get back in. And he gave us a one-year warranty on his work. This is not the least expensive solution, perhaps, but of all the options we had, it was the best and most PERMANENT solution, so worth it in the end. The most important thing is to protect the largest investment of our lives... our home! On a scale of 1-5 stars, Todd and Elite Wildlife Solutions gets a glowing 5-star recommendation from us!

The attic insulation work- removal of the old, disinfecting after removal, sealing and then blowing…read morein new insulation was all done professionally and in one day. Clean-up was good. My big issue is the pre-knowledge by the company of squirrels in the attic. Looking back, I should have been strongly advised to completely eliminate or "exclude" the squirrels prior to any new insulation being put in. I believe the thought or advice was the insulation work would scare the squirrels out of the attic. Following that line of reasoning, concurrent patching of entry points was completed by a separate firm (that's another story) same day. Within a week or two of project completion, I have squirrels in the attic, tunneling through and urinating in and on expensive new insulation. I have engaged a wildlife removal company at additional cost attempting to solve the squirrel problem to try and protect the $4,300 spent on the new insulation project. Insulation Commandos satisfactorily provided what was agreed upon. But the squirrel issue should have been addressed first. Perhaps it is homeowner beware.
