We received a quote by email and just had to check the options we were interested in going with (R50 vs R38, did we want a zipper box installed, etc.) Scheduling was fast and easy and we were able to have the installation done the next week. The installers, Adrian and Jahmer, were fantastic! Very respectful, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They communicated with me well (asked if they could run a hose through a window but decided to go through the front door instead) and cleaned up afterward. I had these guys out earlier this year to do a full vacuum removal of all the old, batted…read moreinsulation and do open cell spray foam as a replacement. I started by getting several estimates, Koala came in right in the middle, but I liked the salesman's attitude, nonconfrontational, not pushy in any, just honest. Price was very reasonable, so I set it up. Removal crew came out first, two guys with a huge vacuum machine, spent the better part of the day in the attic filling up a lot of bags of old insulation, trash, etc. The attic was bad, I admit, but after they were done, I checked the work and there was still what I what call a good bit of debris. Nothing bad, but I'd say they got maybe 90% of the debris, which was mainly on the top of the ceilings of all the rooms. They had already left so I couldn't say anything, and I figured maybe the next crew would finish it up. They did not. In fact, I learned when they called to schedule that the house would need to be vacant overnight, something I wasn't made aware of before. I rent two rooms out, so it was a bit of a hassle to tell them they had to find a place to stay overnight. The spray crew came out a few days later and spent a good portion of the day doing the job. I peaked in a few times and saw the process, and it's impressive. They sprayed the soffits completely full and then up all the roof line to the ridge and gables, covering every inch of the wood, rafters, joists, etc. When they were done, I mentioned the mess that was left from the removal crew, they didn't seem to think it was anything and brushed it off. They packed up and left, as did I for the night. The next day I did find a lot of trash in the yard from the hoses I guess, debris falling off it or from the truck. The job looks good, but there's been a few spots where foam fell while it was drying, and there's still a good bit of trash left that I suppose I'll clean up myself at some point. Strangely, no one reached out afterward to see if I was satisfied, happy, angry, anything. No word from anyone once the spray crew left. I would think someone would have reached out for a final checkup, but nothing other than the final bill. The house is cooler, quieter, and so far the Summer has been bearable with the added insulation, but I wish I had been treated a little more like a good paying customer and not just a check to pay the guys who did the work.

Very disappointed in this Veteran ran business the owner Dave said he had 22 years of experience…read morehowever he never measured my attic, he assumed I was uneducated he stated I needed almost 3000 sq ft of materials for my 1900 sq ft home, not knowing I already had my attic measured (approx 1100 sq ft attic) the quote was $5000 for a radiant barrier which would be at $5/sq ft however he said he charges $1.65/sq ft I told him that his unmeasured sq footage was wrong he then adjusted the price to the proper calculation 1st red flag he missed the initial appointment, 2nd red flag he didn't measure the attic, final red flag was that he says he has experience so he should have been able to have an idea of the real cost of the job before he sat on my couch to over charge me. He brags about how much money he makes clearly due to scamming hard working Americans out of there money, he says he a Marine same as my father fought and died for this country and he had no respect for a daughter of a veteran who's father raised her to get more than one quote.
