If I have questions or concerns they are always helpful and answer any questions I may ask when it comes to my eyes. When I had my cataract surgery Dr. French, in Pinehurst was my surgeon and he did an awesome job so I would tell anyone about them. My friend Ronnie just had his 1st cataract removed last Thursday here in the Rockinham, office and he is pleased with his results so I told him to just wait until he has his other cataract removed on the 23rd and he really will be pleased with his results. So in closing I will say if you have eye problems give Carolina Eye Associates a try. I love going to my appointments especaially since I get to go to Raeford for all of my treatments. Thanks again to Dr. Tom Inman.

Do not go to this eye clinic! Staff was rude and unprofessional throughout my entire visit…read more For example: 1. I got tossed from room to room for almost 3 hours. 2. The nurses and Doctors contradicted each other a lot which felt very unprofessional and I didn't know who to trust. 3. Nurses were on their phone while talking to me. 4. They let me use a "communal contact solution" which felt very unsanitary. 5. They gave me a. "elective" exam without informing to me of it leading to an unexpected fee. And when I asked why they didn't inform me of this they gave me serious attitude. Overall I am just very disappointed in this facility and will not be going back. Don't waste your time!

I clearly stated if its not covered by my insurance, dont do it. Told me VSP requires it annually. LIE! I spoke with VSP and they DO NOT require it annually. The provider can charge based on their own in-house policy. Totally unnecessary. Instructions were to only provide eyeglasses exam They did a contact lens exam under the ruse it was a basic exam then charged me an additional $55 I went from having top tier vision insurance to still being stuck with a $90 bill. While checking out, clerk asked if I wanted to schedule my next year exam..I declined and told her I will not be back.

It was clear He thought He was superior to me. After I left and had paid for X-rays. I decided Not to return. I requested my records be sent to another dentist. His office refused to send them, even though I had paid for them and they belong to me. Everytime I called or went there, they gave me the run around. I finally had to pay for new X-rays. The second visit had to be rescheduled and I specifically asked what my insurance would cover. We were willing to wait two months if needed for the insurance to renew and to cover more for the procedure. I was assured that it was preauthorized and given the amount I was responsible for at the time of the visit..which was paid in full. I received a bill two months later that I still owed almost $1200. It took a couple of months to arrange making payments, in the interim I was told they would not see my child as a patient for even his routine cleaning that is 100% covered by insurance until I paid the bill in full. Ok fine. I'll find another dentist. Then Carrie from the St. Paul's office called me today and lets me know that even though I've started making payments, I would be turned over to a collection agency in 4 months if the remainder is not paid. Shame on me for not doing my due diligence and checking with my insurance company instead of just taking their word. But also I don't want to do business anyway with a profession that specializes in the care of folks that's more concerned with a buck. I understand businesses don't run for free..but given the amount of money I have personally come out of pocket with in two visits, looks like they'd entrust their patients a little more. So no, I would not recommend. Patient care obviously takes second place.
