I am finally so glad for the great service of Andrew from Fusion. I found him to be very talented, honest, reliable, hardworking, committed. Probably attitude is not the best, little short-tempered, but that is acceptable while I get such a reliable service for complicated problems like HVAC. I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. And of course the price charged for the repair was very reasonable. I guess service of Andrew and Fusion is already popular, but I wish further success of his business.

We wanted to replace the old thermostat with a new one that we had on hand. We understood we would have to pay for that. He claimed the wire was to short to hook up the additional wire. We have since learned not only was there enough wire but he just did not want to do it. I wish I had his name because now I wonder if he even knew how. I will never recommend this company and hope if I have future requirements that they are not the ones. The company may be good but that tech was not. only 1 star from me because the is forcing it but the tech represents the company while in the field.

(How rude!) So it was, this time, with my reliable appliance guy that has been working on things for me for decades, and my dad's appliances even before that. Apparently he likes Florida. And with a busted ice maker, I found myself scrambling to find a new, reliable appliance repair person. Thank goodness for Yelp! After scanning reviews I found CK Appliance Repair. CK was very professional. The technician came out and took a look, and took the time to confirm that there was nothing simple that could be done to repair the unit. He checked online for the part and ordered it from a source in Louisiana, and scheduled the follow-on appointment to install it. I was given a price that was higher than I would have guessed but not outrageous. The installation appointment went well, as well. The technician not only did the job but pointed out a few things that needed attention in the upcoming year or two. He also answered some questions for my planning purposes about additional jobs -- replacing an aging microwave and dishwasher, etc. Everything was done quickly, cleanly, and at the quoted price. I was happy. I will be calling them again.

When the technician arrived, he told me that there were eight ducts and that cleaning all of them would cost $350. I felt that was expensive, but I agreed because I expected the ducts to be properly cleaned. Unfortunately, the quality of the service was extremely poor. The ducts were not cleaned properly, and when I inspected the work, I found residue and debris left behind. The technician also left residue all over my floor, which I expected them to clean up as part of the service. Overall, I feel the pricing was misleading compared with the initial $99 offer, and the actual service did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend The Doctors Dust Doctors and would encourage others to ask very specific questions about the total price and exactly what is included before agreeing to the service. My air ducts were quite cleaning without inspecting them they tried cleaning.
