The office is inside a tax building on the avenue, with no parking and no clear signage, which made it hard to find. The employee was pretty rude and condescending. He grabbed my hand without explaining what he was doing and spoke to me like I didn't know how to place my hand on the scanner. He also complained about his job the entire time, which was uncomfortable. But he was more rude to the other folks that came in after me, lacked customer service skills for sure, had a very apathetic attitude to him. The cost was $35 for fingerprints. That's rough when you've been out of work and don't even have a job offer yet, though I understand that pricing isn't necessarily their fault. I can't imagine needing to come here again, but if I did, I'd already have a bad taste in my mouth.
