OB took the time to explain everything to me while running his blue light over the carpets. I was ready to pay for treatment from previous tenant who had pets. He recommended that I don't pay for the treatment because it wasn't really my responsibility and that he could clean the carpets, remove the stains, and make it smell great by paying for standard cleaning and deodorizing.
