I followed all the instructions exactly as they were given to me and ended up with a splotchy tan, especially on my stomach. First off, I was misled to believe that the Medium shade would even out my paler stomach with my already tan arms. It was the biggest concern I had, but the person working here assured me it would even out, no problem. It, of course, did not. I still have a fairly pale stomach (Medium was clearly not dark enough, even though that's what was recommended to me), and I still have tan lines on my upper chest. What's worse, the spray did not come out evenly on my stomach. I have a tan/orange line down my chest, then big patches of untouched pale skin on my upper stomach and splotches of tan/orange on my lower stomach. Again, I followed all instructions while in the booth and afterward. I didn't sweat after, and I had shaved and exfoliated before with no creams or lotions. I'm overall very disappointed in the Mystic Spray Tan. Go somewhere with custom spray technicians or buy a cream and do it yourself.

Several times I've been there I have seen roaches behind the tanning beds and gross hair inside the tanning beds which makes me doubt she is cleaning the beds after someone uses it. Also, she posted a sign to her front door claiming "they had a power mishap which caused all the tanning beds not to operate and will be out of service all week until next week. ((MAKES NO SENSE))!!!! Unfortunately, this is the only tanning salon in Harlingen. And she knows that and she takes advantage of her customers!!!! I'm almost 100% positive she will not be offering some sort of refund to her loyal customers not being able to tan this week!!!!! She is a poor business women. I do not recommend this tanning place and be careful before tanning at that place. Make sure she is sanitizing every bed after a person uses the bed.
