BE PREPARED !!!!!!!…read more That is what I have to share with you when you to come into Catherine Allens's Yoga Space to practice. Mrs. Allen offers these Classes at Her studio: Weekly FRIDAY FORREST YOGA CLASSES, 5:45-7:15pm Monthly MONDAY NIGHT WORKSHOP, 5:45-8pm Monthly MONDAY BEGINNERS' WORKSHOP, 6-7:45pm I was there for the once a month Monday Night Workshop. This class is described an "in-depth exploration of a particular theme or focus TBA in advance" this month our theme was backbending. THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS!!! I was there and within 10 mins i was breathing out of my nose faster than i have ever done before. It was AWESOME!!!! I am not a small guy 6'0, 225lbs and i was doing hand stands and twisting in directions i never even knew i could go. Mrs. Allen was very helpful in making sure i never fell on my face and was always in the correct posture. The class was 2 hrs and 15 mins there was never a moment when things were impromptu, there was a plan and the instructor made sure we followed it. The room in very intimate, I think she only has room for 6 students at a time so that you can be sure if you are out of position or trying to take it easy you will be corrected quickly. Giving less than 100% is not an option. I have been going see this instructor for months and she has done so much for my flexibility and improved my health. If anyone has any questions feel free to msg me. This class is awesome and i recommend anyone who is serious about yoga give the Mon night workshop a try.

Things I appreciate are below, but summary if you're looking for a new personal trainer and coach reach out to James Lai / Uplift Wellness! Things I appreciate (not in a particular order) Accommodating to my schedule.. virtual on-line sessions make it easier for us to schedule regardless of where I am- at home or abroad. Accountability partner.. having regular sessions with James helps me stay focused on getting enough weekly exercise and on continuing to work toward my goals. Guidance on form and encouragement throughout the sessions.. this helps with motivation to push a bit and minimizes chances of injury. I also enjoy the variance in my routines (every time is different), the functional approach and use of compound movements. James is able to work with whatever equipment you have and make recommendations for additional equipment if you want. I recommend James if you're looking for a change!
