worst place to ever get service. deliberately calling me stupid over the phone, saying they don't care about the mistakes they are making , and completely unprofessional. I came to get my car serviced and they request my equipment to be replaced. lying about the reason my stuff needs replaced and over charging me for everything. when I called to ask about all these questionable actions. all I get is insults and a whole bunch of nasty comments saying they don't care and hung up the phone over and over again because he didn't like that I was questioning his business' actions. will be filing for more actions . read more

Called and asked to have a remote starter installed on my car. They were able to do the install the very next morning which took only a couple of hours to complete. The owner showed me how it worked and explained everything to me. Absolutely professional business and employees. Inside of the business is clean and organized. Highly recommended. read more

i buy an American bass pack 12s in a box amp set it up it plays for 2 weeks hits and freeze I message the guy he lies and says he has nothing to do with store . well I go to store and there he is admits he lies now this system is 2 weeks old and he tells me that I have to go to American bass and if a total peace of crap. and I'm being nice. and then tells me to take subs out of the box which will terminate warranty and wants to charge me 50 dollars to replace subs that are paid for and froze it's a bass pack amp subs matched together. by American bass it should never freeze if you want ripped off go there he's happy to steal lie and not help you. and I'm still stuck paying 300 dollars for two weeks ! i would tell you to go to anywhere but there ! sorry but it's the truth I have kept all communication and receipts read more

Called to simply get my car looked at, a bass speaker that my friends already had put into my car that just needed rewired, and I just wanted them to look at the head unit in my car to see if it could even be switched out, they said it was going to be at least five hours of work... What a joke. The guy obviously didn't know what he was talking about, he kept saying ummmm... ummmmm. Ummmmmm...Then he quoted me $500 for a job that should maybe cost 100 bucks because the work has pretty much already been done by my friends they've already routed all of the wiring it just needs to be hooked up properly and the head unit looked into not even installed. Great car audio and security location I have known and done business with the guys at this shop for 9 years now and they are great professionals. I have had 2 alarms and remote starts done as well as a few after market car audio installations and the craftsmanship was superb. They also give great technical support. I have seen some of their other work and it is also good. They do custom work and work on motorcycles too. This is the only shop I will let touch my car audio systems. read more

I purchased a 12 inch subwoofer from the shop about six months prior to me going in there again. The guy that approached me asked me what I wanted and I told him a box for an American bass 12 and he gave me some outrageous price that I found the same box across town for $80 less come to find out I over paid on the 12" x $100 and the dude totally was not interested in finding out what was going on with my system. It turned out I had a bad DSP, I asked him if he could possibly put me on the schedule to have my vehicle looked at, and he said no thank you , so apparently he's just not interested in helping people out because I didn't buy every single piece of my car audio system from them. I don't root against anyone, but this guy is making it extremely hard not to. If you want to overpay and then get treated rudely If you have a problem when you come back then maybe this is the store for you but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
